The only positive point: Location

We arrived around 19:00-19:30. Even though we rang the bell, no one was there, the door didn't open. When we called the phone number on Booking.com, we received a message that this number is not being used !!! Half an hour later or so, we saw someone next door and we asked him, he called her friend who lived in the same apartment and that lady came. She opened the apartment door, and we went in together and went upstairs. There was a 2nd phone number at the door, we called but no one answered. So if we couldn't get in, we wouldn't be able to see number 2. After calling the 2nd number many times, the phone rang, and after long conversations, they opened the door remotely and we were able to get in. We were lucky, because we came across this lady. Otherwise, we would have been left on the street after the long drive day. And learn that they sent no-show by booking.com.. Funny! The next morning, they asked for payment in cash. They asked for cash even though they wrote on booking.com that they charged with a credit card, and they don't want to give you a change, we waited for their pleasure to give back us 20 euros. We asked for an invoice during the reservation, they took cash, we waited for the money and they did not give an invoice!

Good location, spacious room.

Internet was broken, a bit small shower.

We stayed in the apartment for 1 night. It is a small hotel with only 3 rooms. Great location, everything is near - embankment, historical city center, shops, and restaurants. The owner is nice but answers on booking.com not so quickly. The room was quite small but very clean. Good value for money.

The breakfast was very poor and untasty but we did not care.

Big room and bathroom. Clean room. Good location for the sea front and not far from historic centre by walking. Good system in place for an easy and flexible check in.

The common Space was not very welcoming. The view from the room was disappointing and we could hear quite a lot the TV from the neighbour, unfortunately. I would have liked to meet the owner because i found the check in a bit unpersonal. Also the lock for the room door is too easily breakable.
