Große Garage für 2 Autos. Waschmaschine und Trockner vor Ort. Kamin und Billardtisch mit speziell angefertigten Indoor-Bar. Alle Wartungsarbeiten am Hof und am Pool werden wöchentlich durchgeführt. Großes Eckgrundstück mit professioneller Landschaftsgestaltung. Zu Fuß zum Strand und Geschäften! Bars und Mini Golf direkt auf der Straße! Urlaub in Ihrem eigenen privaten Resort! This house is amazing! The pictures on the listing are a little out of date, the house is even better than the pictures. Lots of space for flexible living and plenty of room. The garage theater was the surprise hit, and the backyard was awesome. Great house!! Could use some more hooks for hanging pool towels, just a suggestion.

The accommodations were excellent in nice neighborhood and wonderful amenities. Property manager was great to work with and the check in process was easy. It was well stocked, clean and having the pool right there was a plus. Would definitely book again!

We had an amazing time while in Bonita Beach. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The communication was great with the manager. I know this house doesn’t have many reviews but don’t let that stop you from booking. You will love it here.

This was the perfect home for the perfect Florida winter vacation. Home was spacious, very clean, great kitchen, comfortable mattresses on all the beds, nice quiet neighborhood. But the outside was the highlight of the home! Pool, hot tub, covered lanai, outdoor kitchen, lots of seating. Fun for the whole family - or just the 2 of you. We had no issues during our stay, and the property manager was very responsive when I contacted with a couple of questions. When you are seeking the perfect close to the beach, relaxing, but fun vacation home, look no further.

So...we got a last minute notification that the house we had rented was unavailable due to storm damage. The host offered us another property, which was amazing! The communication was great, the house and grounds were awesome, lots of extras that you don't normally expect when renting a property. We ended up spending more time at the property than out and about, because we had so much fun there!

Jason and his team are amazing. The property manager was so patient as we had many questions. Bonita Springs is a great place to visit, especially when you have a great place to stay!

Enjoyed your property very much centrally located couple minor problems at first but were repairs were quickly repaired. Repairman Craig extremely helpful and nice to talk with someone from Indiana

We had a very nice 4 night stay. A minor problem was addressed by the contact person immediately. Really loved hanging out by the pool and Jacuzzi, and the grill was great! Close drive to the beach made this an excellent location. Thinking of staying again.

We had a great time here! It is not to far from the beach or the grocery store! There is mini golf right down the street. The house and pool area was nice! The heated pool was great for the chillier days we were there! We would stay here again.

My wife, sister, her husband and I stayed at this great house for a few days and it was everything the pictures showed. The heated pool and the hot tub were perfect! I would recommend this house to anyone that's looking for a quick get a way or just to enjoy the close beaches/food near by.

We stayed at Jason's home over Christmas with my family and it was fantastic! Plenty of room for 6 of us, pool, hot tub, and the roku tvs outside were great to watch football! Super close to everything nearby. Will definitely book again!

We spent Labor Day weekend here and it was a blast! Huge home,beautiful kitchen and the back yard was amazing. Pool,hot tub,2 tiki bars and TV’s in both tikis. The renter returned texts in a quick manner and was very helpful. Definitely going back! Worth every penny!!!!!!!
