The tourist check-in was very strict, leaving no freedom for them. Beach towels were available only with a deposit, and the lobby was not properly air-conditioned (possibly due to a technical issue). The free coupon drinks were only available until 9 pm, and they would charge you for misplacing even a spoon in the room. Additionally, no early check-in was allowed, not even for an hour before.

Staff are friendly. Bed is big and soft

Pool is not the big.

The location was good. Hotel is well maintained and clean.

Can add few Indian spreads

We loved our stay at this motel, staff were very friendly and helpful.. the bed was extremely comfortable, room very clean and facilities were great.. if you don't mind a short stroll to the beach this is a fantastic motel

Restaurant food not well prepared breakfast dull usual buffet fare.

Overall hotel looks new. Enough facilities. Swimming pool is fine. Staff are very nice, helpful, and smile. Rooms are nice and good restroom. There is 7-eleven at the opposite side of the hotel.

Some food price are not reasonable. No bottle opener in the room. You can bring your liquor down to dining area to let staff open for you for free but cannot borrow it to your room because staff said that they have only one. We book 2bedrooms Suite (able to stay 4 guests) for 2 room (total 8 guests). But the hotel provide only 2 keycards for each room which doesn't make sense if you stay 4 guests. It means that each 2 guests need to stay together all the time and not able to enjoy one's activity by their own. Staff told me that it is hotel procedure to provide only 2 keycards. If we ask for 3rd keycard, all of them will be deactivated. Ridiculous. We requested for rooms that near each other but we stayed in room no.323 and 423 which is in different floor. Staff said that this room type had only 1 each floor. In-room Lighting in living area is so dark. We did request for more drinking glasses and the hotel ask for 200THB deposit each.

Modern hotel, comfortable for those who's on business trip and has to work remotely. Not a resort hotel and a little bit far from the beach and clubs, but still in a walking distance ( around 15-20 mints away). I would definitely recommend for a short stay. I was happy with the accommodation

Big room with big wash room. Buffer breakfast delicious. Like the gym facilities but one of two running machine under maintenance, so not to try. staff friendly. 7-11 just opposite the hotel.

Walk to beach front around 20-25 minutes. Hotel walk through the alley to the main road must extra care of the heavy traffic. Shower temperature difficult to adjust because of the shower control knob.

It's a clean hotel with fabulous staff. The room is very comfortable for a longer stay as there's a washing machine, a mini fridge, a sink, and a convection stove. The receptionists, especially Meena, are fantastic and very accommodating. The housekeeping girls are very polite with big smiles on their faces. Fon Fon was a gem!

The location is not good. It's in a narrow street with heavy motorbike and car traffic. It's very difficult and a bit dangerous to walk with all the cars and motorbikes cruising along such a narrow street. It's also a bit of a walk to the main street and the beach. The city view is just seeing old rusty metal roofs in the neighborhood. The gym doesn't have much equipment. Just two treadmills (one broken) , a versatile machine (half broken), 2 benches, and a dumbbell rack with max 12 kgs weights. it's also a bit pricey compared to other similar hotels in the neighborhood. The gym and swimming pool is right in front of the restaurant, which makes it a bit uncomfortable.
