The gym and roof-top infinity pool are nice.

The hotel is fine but it was overpriced for was offered. It is close to a large shopping mall, a large park and the electronics world of Shenzhen, but it is not close to central business and civic center nor high speed rail station. The room's air conditioning is centrally controlled and there is little adjustment possibility. In the room only a small window can be opened.

Wonderful location right next to this huge shopping mall includes many convenient stores and a fancy supermarket. The staff members at the door are always helpful and kind. Elevators are clean and wait time is always reasonable. The room has a soundbar which is not commonly seen nowadays in other hotels with this price. The roof bar is open until 23:00 but residents have all-day access and it is a must-go place in that area. Also, the hotel delivers deliveries to the room using a robot.

I loved everything about the Fraser! I honestly never stayed at a service style hotel but it was the best. The staff were amazing, Thanks to Echo for helping check us in and Boyd for helping with the luggage. But everyone there was great. The room was nice and clean. The pool was probably the best part, rooftop and oversees the city. Also has a nice bar. Gym had great equipment and also has sauna in locker room. It’s also close to a shopping area with all the great stores. Overall, you will be very pleased. I suggest the executive suite. Breakfast was nice, just had to ask for my egg to be well done, felt it was a weird thing to ask. Guy was looking at me funny when I asked him to keep it in the pan for longer lol

Great place to stay in Shenzhen, Futian district. Amazing swimming pool with a great view. Tasty breakfast, nice staff.

Wish could stay longer

The location is nice and it is adjacent to a couple of big shopping malls. The room is tidy and clean. Staff is nice, although no birthday decoration nor birthday cake due to the restaurant has been outsourced, the staff managed to offer late check out and said happy birthday to me.

Swimming hat is needed for swimming. Sky bar allows non residents to enter, but it is right next to the swimming pool.

Excellent property, will come again soon.
