Very good value for money. Good communication from owner. Lovely pool area, especially for somewhere so inexpensive. Close to everything, including buses. Showers were fine (heat and pressure). Bathroom condiments were there.

Towels weren't provided. We were informed of this by the owner the day before. No top sheet on beds for hygiene when using blankets. Couch was very uncomfortable because it sagged and part of it was broken. Could've been cleaner (kitchen and bathroom). Apartment is tired and needs some attention (but remember it is very cheap).

The apartment is well equipped and quite clean. Location is excellent and this is the best part I like as is very near to the places I want to visit like National Park and Escape Penang.

The aircons looks dirty and maybe not service for some time. One of the heater In the room not heat up hope owner can get it fix for next guest. The apartment exterior look run down you may shocked when arrived but inside apartment looks ok and clean that helps a lot.

The location and the host

The unit host was very helpful. He provides all the needed information. The unit was at 4th level the block was equipped with a lift. It was an old building but the inside was very well cared. Tq mr gan

is a small apartment homestay. Location is ok for those like stay nearest beach. use waze easy to find and just opposite the Hardrock Hotel

Apartment too old, air-cond switch not in good condition , outside not maintain well , most of the units is empty. Room dresser got little red ants and the bed got tiny insect bite (mites) and tower not look clean to use for it. Need to pay the parking lot for RM10/per night

Actually went to Penang for my hubby's treatment. It was quite, my hubby could rest in peace after his treatment. Felt like staying in our own home. Mr. Gan helped us on air conditioner matter once we complained. Infact I stayed one more additional day For my hubby's treatment. All went well. I prefer to stay there if got another chance.

Nothing much to complain

Location wise - near to the beach (just walking distance), near to food stalls/warung/cafe. There is also a small kedai runcit nearby. Facilities - overall satisfactory, except for water pressure, when both bathrooms were used at the same time, the water pressure would drop significantly. Live TV/Wifi - if the internet speed could be upgraded from the current 6Mbs, it would be really good. During our stay, live TV streaming was not working (maybe due to the TVapp problem). We were however able to watch YouTube channel, even though many times, it kept "loading". Nice owner. Will consider to repeat staying at this place in the future. Recommended.
