Location was fantastic. Great view & a great size unit.

Empty book shelf looked a bit weird. Glass on balcony was pretty dirty.

Location and size

Extremely loud fan in bathroom. Dirty iron that required me to ask host for new one which was delivered. Made me late for my function. Draught under door was so loud at one point I could not concentrate on my work. In the end used towels to stop the loud howling draught sound because host could not procure a door sausage for the base of door. Towels worked well. Lucky didn't have a second person staying who would have needed towel. Mattress had a half a basketball-sized chunk on the side of it which meant I had to sleep in middle of bed. Again, lucky I didn't have second person staying there.

There were nail clippings on the sofa. Hosts reply was to ignore the isse and offer another room. Othrwise a good stay.

Water pressure was weak. Carpet is fairly stained in sections.

Code did not work. Had to wait for someone to use door before we could enter. Wrong code given for box where key available. No instruction given re car park. My car park space was not available and had to find a new one. Many calls to get this organised. took half an hour to get into apartment. Not acceptable.

The bathroom fan needs to be cleaned in the interim but it needs to be replaced it sounds like a helicopter taking off and the toiletries were budget shelf. For nearly $300 per night, these things can be addressed I'm sure.

Didn’t appreciate the fact that the lady next door to our apartment hit a broom on our window and dragged it while outside on the patio then proceeded to come and knock on our door and open it without us knowing to tell us to turn off a light. As well as it’s hard to know how to use the elevator because you don’t know what level your room is when you just have a room number

Location and space in the apartment were perfect for our needs, bed was comfortable too.

The fan in the bathroom was loud, but this is only on when the bathroom light is on, so not a a problem for us, just more concerned for the neighbours, although we didn’t hear the neighbours, so only assume the sound pricing is good.

No housekeeping

No housekeeping for 1 week and if u request to change a towel they charge you $5 each towel

tv was small & not as user friendly as it could be.

The bed it was like sleeping on a cloud so comfy. The room had everything I needed. Great location. temp of room was perfect. nice big shower.

tv channels couldn't pick all up, (wasn't important really as didn't have on much) nothing else was really bad.

Just needed more plates and bowls for a family of 4 and also a clothes airer (we ended up buying etra bowls plates etc and clothes airer and leaving it there as well)
