This apartment took our breath away once we saw the rooms and the view from the balcony. Rosaria was a very nice host, very helpful with the car parking and city spot advices. The rooms are well equipped, with AC and shaders to make 100% dark for sleep. The breakfast was beautiful and freshly prepared.

It was in a heatwave, and there is air-con, but the rooms are at the top of the building and it is a heat trap. The noise of the street means you can't really leave the windows open to cool down at night.

Good view over town, great breakfast but only between 9 and 10, very old world decor which suited Modica.

Very difficult to find, lots of stairs to get there.

The fin de siècle interior has been exquisitely renovated with a fine attention to detail. You really feel special and privileged to be in this B&B. It has all you need. Breakfast is superb and served to your taste with plenty of choices. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, especially Eleanna (hope the spelling is ok) who made sure that everything was just right.
