The location was great. It was spacious and very clean. Natalia was very kind and accommodating.

Our host Natalia went to every effort to make our stay as good as it could be. 100% would recommend and we will be back!

The host left clear instruction and getting to the property was straightforward. The flat was very pleasant. Smaller in size than what photos are showing, but still a good space for a family with kids. Location was great, walking distance to the coastal area. Natalia also arranged for a free parking space which was very helpful, as the streets are pretty busy outside. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Bathroom and upholstery can benefit from regular professional clean. Leaving a few bedding items would be useful. The cot for baby was not ready and while we found the cot itself, we had to scrape whatever was available to use as a bedding for a baby on the first night.

The Host is a lovely person. Kind, Very helpful, always attentive to phone calls. The place is very well located for those who want to be in central Nice and have the ability to move towards the surrounding towns etc. The apartment is has an adequate space, clean, there are ACs in the Living Room and Kitchen Area. Many facilities in the apartment, towels, hairdryer, kitchen appliances, relaxing sofa.

The apartment was very clean and very well facilitated however the COCKROACHES......! That was horrible. It is a good thing we did not cook in the apartment. We planned on doing so but we saw that the minute we had brought food into the kitchen area, there were some unnecessary and disappointing cockroaches around :(. It was not at all fun to wake up next to cockroaches in such a clean apartment. Horrendous. It was also a very noisy location, but that was expected being an apartment on a main road in Nice with many shops, restaurants etc. There are no ACs in the bedrooms, as it was quite hot, this would have been good. (this should be clearly mentioned - that there are in the other areas). The toilet was leaking, we called but had to manage to fix it ourselves if not too much water would have been wasted, and the water bills would have surely been affected for the owner. Taping the key to the railing opposite the entrance of the building was very scary and unprofessional. We thought that it was a joke until we realised that is was real. I now understand that we are allowed to have 'secret places' for keys according to Booking.com

Good well appointed apartment, facilities good, size good, aircon reasonably effective. Central location not too far from the harbour. Easy to find and the weather was great for our stay.

The apartment is on the junction of a busy road intersection and quite noisy from emergency sirens etc but the modern windows did a reasonable job keeping the noise levels down. The occupant in the property above was very noisy during our stay thumping/banging in the early hours of the morning, we tried to seek assistance from the host but did not get anywhere with this, thankfully the noise stopped on our last night.

Convenient for tram as last stop from airport and only a short walk to the apartment - also only a short walk to Nice Requier train station for day trips but watch out for pickpockets as we were robbed of credit cards and cash getting on the train - apparently this is their most commonly used tactic! Hostess Natalie communicated with me well via WhatsApp. The Apartment decor and design is very good, well lit, easy access and secure and overall good apart from a few things that could easily be sorted (see below).

Some of the mugs were chipped and only 2 wine glasses for a 4 person apartment. The sofa could do with a good clean as a bit grubby so we covered it with a spare blanket. A drawer in one of the bedrooms was broken and others were difficult to use and we were afraid of breaking them. Our issues with the apartment are easy to fix by the owner so it will be interesting to see if this review results in action!
