the space of the room ,the swimming pool and the people in the hotel was very nice as well. we will be back.

need oven, microwave a cleaning supply for the bathroom. it will help if you have somebody when you come in the recaption, I seen people get confuse how to get the key for the rooms.

As a sole lady traveler I felt safe .

The apartment would of been better if had a microwave and iron ,plus couldn't get TV to work.the shower had a broken stand so couldn't put shower head up in the air had to keep putting it on the floor of shower tray ,but it was clean and always hot and powerful.

Ho dovuto condividere la stanza con gli SCARAFAGGI, Ero circondato da SCARAFAGGI, La cucina era invasa , non ho potuto nemmeno comprare da mangiare, me li sono trovati anche sul letto. la cucina vecchia e con pensili rotti , molto sporca sotto e sotto il lavello, i muri in generale sporchi. Dovrebbe essere per tre persone ......non so come si potrebbe stare in tre, non c'è spazio sufficente . L'armadio anche sporco pieno di polvere all'interno. Io sinceramente non avevo guardato le recenzioni al momento della prenotazione, sono andato vederle solo dopo essere entrato e aver visto con chi dividevo l'appartamento per capire se ero stato sfortunato io oppure era una cosa comune.......praticamente la maggior parte delle recenzioni sono simili alla mia.....quindi mi domando come Booking possa mettere a disposizione della sua piattaforma una struttura cosi fatiscente. Sono molto deluso anche da Booking

Ia tranquillità, i servizi nei dintorni

La mancanza di personale alla reception, la totale mancanza di pulizia (la polvere sui pavimenti e sui mobili non è mai stata rimossa per la gioia degli allergici), la non disponibilità di coperte o altro negli armadi (abbiamo patito il freddo e non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere una coperta), la non disponibilità di lenzuola, letti e coperte matrimoniali (i letti li ho legati assieme, ma le lenzuola come facevo?). Siamo in Europa e il letto matrimoniale è di uso comune nellle coppie e/o marito moglie

unzureichende Küchenutensilien (z.B. keine Weingläser, kein Korkenzieher, keine Eierbecher ...), Möblierung aus Urzeiten und Bettgestell mit unkomfortablen Matrazen, Meeressicht stark eingetrübt durch großflächige Halde Bauschutt, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis enttäuschend.

Ladies who clean apartments are doing good job. Bus station is in front of the building. Hiper Dino is 15 min away. Beach is very near, you have Playa de Montaña Amarilla, i recommend you to go see the view from that mountain. You have washing machine in yard near the pool for 4e and also drying machine. We were a little bit scared of the thiefs but we always have kept gate locked like it's recommended when we were not on balcony especially during the night and we didn't have any problem.

Microwave would be nice update. I do know that cockroaches are very common issue on Tenerife but i do wish that we didn't saw them. But luckily only two inside, and one outside that was already dead. But all that on the side we would come back.

Cleanliness & maid service were fine Location next to bus stop excellent

Have stayed in Carolina Apartments a few times before Our Apartment this visit was tired, kitchen cupboard doors were all badly fitting & equipment minimal

Breakfast not included. Location good.
