overall was a lovely stay really enjoyed our time.

however upon leaving the property we were accused of stealing x2 pillows (that we were never given) and were actually reported to the Thai police which may cause us some issues during our back packing trip. they were not willing to listen to us or believe us even when we sent them proof of only the two pillows and ended up apologising and offering us a free night stay. be careful.

With this hotel, I finally got a chance to relax and enjoy myself after four weeks in this area. The location is just perfect. In spite of being close to all the main areas, I was able to sleep in a spacious and quiet room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. In addition to the location, cleanliness and a great (and affordable) kitchen, the staff made a huge difference. Any question I had was helped quickly with always a big smile on their face. It really makes one feel at home. Thank you for your great accommodation - I will come back!

its far from the main things if you are coming to the fullmoon also there is no elevator so you need to pick up your suitcases and go up the stairs if your room is up, although the staff helped us with that when we came but not when we left.

hotel was nice but advert doesn’t show the hostel is opposite in a dingey glass box with no windows. staff was polite and helpful

No outside drinks allowed in pool area, which defeats the purpose of relaxing with your own drink as a hotel guest. I was not interested in spending money buying drinks from the restaurant so didn’t get to enjoy the pool (one of the selling features of the property). I’ve stayed in 15+ hotels in the area and haven’t seen that anywhere else.

We booked delux double studio and it’s nothing like advertised - pictures don’t match the reality at all. The 80m2 studio is an empty apartment painted in mud green color-not cozy at all, gives depressing feeling.Kitchenette is in the description of the apartment is a pure lie-you have a sink and that’s it, no cutlery, no plates,no kettle, no microwave or anything to cook/warm up food.Also terrace you can’t make any use of as everything is broken and moldy and has water canisters all over it.Spider webs in the bathroom and dust is everywhere-it obviously hasn’t been cleaned in forever. After bringing it up to staffs attention-they took away spiders web and left dirty foot prints on the bathtub. Air conditioner is leaking. also you can’t pay by card, as machine is broken for 3 months now and not getting fixed apparently. One needs to leave 1000 baht deposit in case you break anything-there’s literally nothing to break in that studio, half of the things listed on the description is not there. I can’t recommend a single thing about this place.

Fantastic time here for 3 nights. Such friendly and helpful staff. A lovely spacious room with a well functioning aircon. The pool was a treat and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. Great location surrounded by cheap restaurants and good breakfast spots. Only a short ride to the pier and a short ride to the full moon party.

location was perfect, very short drive to both the pier and Haad Rin (we we’re visiting for full moon party). Staff we’re so friendly, helped us to hire a motorbike which we were able to keep for the whole week.

Nice clean room with lots of space to put stuff. on the main road so easy to get lifts around the place from outside and close to two seven elevens

the receptionists who seemed to be in charge were very unfriendly and abrupt. Had to wait 15 mins after check out to wait for someone to check our room so that we could get our deposit back. Then when they gave the 1000 baht deposit back they initially gave it in 20 baht notes which they eventually converted into larger notes. Also locked key inside room at one point and the lady at reception acted as if it was the biggest inconvenience of all time.

location and staff were great very helpful

Our room door didn’t shut properly so it was easy for geckos, spiders, mosquitoes and cockroaches to enter. Aircon didn’t work at night and no reception 24hr but problem was solved quickly with a new room in the morning.

stayed here over our 3 months travelling in thailand, one of our favourites. lovely staff, great room and food was good!
