This is a fabulous villa. There is a lot of space both inside and outside of the property. The villa was very clean. The location is excellent with a five minute walk to the beach or the centre of town. The owners are very friendly. Nice pool area and lovely breeze to keep cool. Plenty of shaded area's if you want to stay out of the sun.

The place was really clean, view amazing, the owners extremely helpful with everything!!!! We felt really welcome. Ask for a taxi driver, he took us everywhere.
Downstairs: combined kitchen and living room, one toilet, huge outdoor terrace area
First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 batrooms with showers (one in the master bedroom which also had a balcony), closets and airconditioning in each room
Top floor: stairs to a huge roof terrace!!
The master bedroom's bed was broken and made a terrible noise the first night (I went sleeping on the couch) but we could somehow fix it the next day. The owners were super helpful and would have come to fix it immediately if we wanted.
The weather in April was not warm enough for proper swimming and beach life.
Lidl maybe 5 minutes' walk, super nice beach and restaurants also a few minutes.

Got everything a family could need. Location is very good, the place is quite, with a most beautiful beach 5 min. walk away.
Hosts are the coolest people ever. The bottle of wine, cake, water in the fridge upon our arrival was a life saver.
The view was exceptional.
Everything was beyond our expectations.

We had the most fantastic stay at Villa Chrystalleni! Stalos was an excellent host, she really went above and beyond to make sure our trip was as good as possible. our party arrived on two different flights, and Stalos was really accommodating with managing the payment, and meeting us all. She also recommended a boat trip provider for us, and we had a fab time.
The villa itself is absolutely beautiful! The outdoor space is perfect, with the eating area in shade to allow you to eat out in the daytime, the pool with sun on until late in the day, and the bedrooms are all spacious and all have aircon.
The villa is about a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, and the main strip. We always felt safe walking back in the evenings, and you can leave the outdoor light on to make it easy to access the villa.
We had the most wonderful trip, thank you so much, Stalos, we can't wait to stay again.
The only thing that would be helpful is a sign for the villas off the main road - it was quiet difficult for the taxi driver to find the accommodation when we first arrived :)

The Villa is in fantastic location in protaras, near to beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The facilities in the villa are excellent, the pool is fantastic, WiFi is great, everything is very clean. The hosts are brilliant they leave wine and cake on your arrival, they are really friendly and helpful, we had a late flight home and they were very accommodating letting us have use of villa while waiting for flight home. Best holiday and villa we have ever stayed at.

Lovely host, water, bread, milk etc in fridge on arrival. Sun on the pool until around 7pm, and also shaded areas available. A few minutes walk into protaras, and views.

The villa is amazing. The views are stunning. I highly recommend making the effort to see sunrise and sunset. Soooo beautiful.
The villa is in the perfect spot. Walking distance to lidl, restaurants, bars, shops and the beach.
Costas left us some essentials in our fridge. Milk, bread, ham, cheese, cake and more. He’s a very helpful and friendly host.

This villa is wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Everything is amazing!
The villa has ground floor with spacious living room, a dining room, big well equipped kitchen and small toilet. In the living room is a fan and in the kitchen there are many plates and other utensils, big fridge and oven, moreover the owners left us really nice starter kit: a pack of water and coca cola, cake, bread and many others. There is also some kind of radio-stereo music device system which control the speakers which are located in almost every room in the house and even outside - also in the swimming pool. In this device you can listen music from radio or from USB or AUX. Moreover there is really nice smart tv with netflix and router with fast wifi.
In the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The largest has big balcony and its own bathroom, so it is master bedroom. Every bedroom is well equipped and has its own air conditioning!! Bathroom in master bedroom has shower and the other bathroom has bath with shower function. There is also washing mashine, hair dryer, iron and aroning board.
The 2nd floor is the roof terrace and is really big and has amazing view for whole Protaras and sea.
On the plot there is big parking place (no problem for 7-persons car) and the most wonderful thing in this villa - own swimming pool. In the swimming pool area there are at least 8 sunbeds and the pool has at least 4 x 10 metres and it is from 1.1 m up to 1.7 metres so it is perfect even for more than 6 persons. Moreover it has its own lightening system and looks great at night! From swimming pool area there is also wonderful view on Protaras and sea. Moreover there are 2 beach balls and 2 water mattresses. Nearby swimming pool there is also well equipped barbecue area!!
On the other side of the building - between swimming pool and parking place there are 2 terraces - one with big table for 8 persons and the second small coffee table for 4 persons. There are a lot of extra garden...
Only beds should have new, more comfortable mattresses
