The location was good.

We've been travelling to bali for the past 3 weeks and I must say the level of service we recieved here was something else and staff were rude and not hospitable at all. Whilst checking in guest were talking/giggling amongst eachother for quite some time. I could barely hear myself speak to the lady while she was writting down my details, the bike we rented through them wasn't up to standard, the brake lights werent working and the battery was faulty and not just that we were stuck at a cafe, luckily the waiter there helped us start the bike. But things like this happen, we can accept this. Whilst checking out our check out time was at 12 I called eariler and requested a later check out time, we agreed to 12.30pm. I received a call at 12.15pm saying they need the room cause house keeping is waiting and hung up abruptly. I was confused at this point so we rushed checking out and waited outside the room. No one came to turn the room around. Then a staff member came to collect our keys and bike keys which I had already requested when checking in that we would have the bike til 7pm on thursday. So the staff member charged us another day. And I forgot to mention there stains on the bed and pillows, it may be have been clean but the looks wise no. Maybe there was a miscommunication somewhere but in my opinion moving forward the staff need to be more proactive, communicate more amongst team members and be more hospitable.

The staff were all really friendly! The location, although not super centralised, it was a nice respite from the busy streets. It's apparently a 7min walk from the beach too!

They were having construction works right next door so the whole place was really dusty, no matter where you'd go. There was dust in our room which was facing the construction, there was dust around the pool, in the pool etc.

My room is at the upper part that have the same entrance door with the room on downstair that only have glass door. I don't feel comfortable. The stair light also is not working. For the price that I paid, it's not worth at all.

The decorations & room / bathroom style were fantastic & huge space , the pool was nice & clean , the staff & service were great & helpful , the bed was super super comfortable!

the noises of a near construction at night & day , also the water tap in bathroom was little broken must to fix , & the most thing we didn’t like which is cold shower every time

Noise wasnt close to shops had to get taxi , beach was full off rubbish breakfast was poor had to buy else where

This hotel was absolutely amazing. I do not know how anybody would fault it. we stayed in a twin room overlooking pool and it was fabulous. the room was large, spacious and always clean. the pool was amazing it was so big. The staff were second to none, especially at the pool bar- big shout out to Manee, he was so great at telling us about the area! the location was also superb- I cannot recommend it enough.
