This is a very clean, modern, and well located hotel. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The building architecture is very interesting and attractive. The hotel location is very close to Cheltenham High Street and other shopping areas. Excellent restaurants nearby. I would certainly stay in this hotel again. The code system giving entry to the building and the room worked flawlessly. No problems. This is a hotel for the independent traveler, not for the person wishing full hotel services, which this hotel does not aim to provide.

I liked all of it. But this hotel is definitely for the independent traveler carrying a cellphone. I do not recall a phone in the room. There was an emergency line in the ground floor lobby. Also the hotel does advise in advance that the hotel is not for people with mobility issues. My room was on the third floor and there were many stairs to get to the room.

The terrace was locked due to some issue. Shame, as I got this room especially because it was advertised as having a terrace.

Very clean, nice stylish decor, comfortable bed.

Shower pressure very poor & fixing didn’t stay in place. Disappointed that smart TV wasn’t connected to the internet.

The room was small but stylish & the location of the hotel is excellent.

The room evidently hadn't been dusted for quite some time - the radio next to the bed was so thick with dust you could have written your name in it! Other surfaces were obviously dusty too. Before my stay, I had emailed to check it would be possible to leave some luggage with reception before check in. When I arrived, there were no staff on reception (and I didn't see any staff the entire time I was there!) I called the hotel number to ask where I could leave my luggage, and was advised to leave my bags under the communal staircase in the entrance hall. While there is a code on the hotel door so that only guests can enter, there's no way that I will leave my valuable personal possessions in an open, communal space. I had also asked about a late check out and was told to arrange this at the property. Again, as there were no staff around, this was impossible.

The key code was a bit misleading and the room had a funny smell.

Perfect location for everything in the town centre, able to walk everywhere really quickly. Loved the atrium and ceiling blind. Loved the wet room and all the amenities in the room (microwave etc)

The room wasn’t as big as I thought it would be but I think that was just because I didn’t have a good idea of the square footage referenced. I think it’s a stretch to call it an apartment or even a suite. It’s a lovely appointed room, but not an apartment.
