L’emplacement, le parking privé… très bonne literie et belle chambre spacieuse. Très bon accueil de Monsieur Laurent à la réception gentillesse et écoute au rendez-vous.

Rapport qualité / prix pour Paris intra muros

Rapport qualité / prix ... proximité Montmartre mais ce n'est pas ce que je cherchais donc un peu éloigné.

La partie spa / piscine est en fait payante à 18 € les 45 minutes, dommage car c'était un plus et rien n'indiquait que c'était en supplément.

The staff was really helpful and room was amazing; a lot of space, comfortable and clean. The hotels offers a spa service as well. Per our experience, this is a high quality place to stay in.

I didn't investigate much prior to choosing this hotel so I was surprised by the amount of steps/stairs in the area.

Unfortunately the customer service at reservations really made the experience terrible. Multiple emails back and fourth about an overcharge of an extra $1,017 for a reservation that never existed, then after showing proof of overcharge via photos of bookings, and bank statements to show charges.. not only was a reservation we actually NEEDED canceled, but my sister in law is STILL waiting to get reimbursed for a stay she never had, because the hotel plainly would not explain the charge (she had to dispute it through her bank). I had about 10 rooms booked for our guests, and I was initially quoted a lower amount, but when it was time to book, they suddenly quoted a higher amount. One afternoon, all the keys stopped working. I informed the front that I needed to get into my room, however right after me there was a man with a delivery (Celine bag) apparently for one of the guests staying there, and I was forgotten, having to wait for whatever they were doing about 20-25 minutes before the bag situation was handled so that the person could let me into my room. We had tons of trash (we have 2 kids, one baby) and when we left the trash bagged and outside our room, 2 days passed, and no one picked it up. We eventually gave the room cleaner money, not to clean our room but just to take the trash.

Wonderful location in Montmartre, very close su Sacre Coeur. Staff is friendly and hotel is very clean and cosy

Breakfast is lacking in fruits and vegetables (we've only got oranges on the weekend) but other than that, it's all ok

Einzigartige Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, angenehmer Wellnessbereich. Leckeres Frühstück, Frühstücksraum freundlich und hell, schöner Ausblick in den Garten und auf die Kuppel der Église Sacré-Cœur.

Ausstattung der Single-Küche gut, könnte noch etwas kinderfreundlicher sein, Spülmittel war mit Wasser „gestreckt“…. ;)

Airco maakte een vervelend geluid waardoor we allebei met oordopjes in moesten slapen.

מלון שקט מאד, חדר משפחתי גדול ומרווח, מטבחון קטן, צריך ללכת עשר דקות בערך למצוא סופר או מאפיה, נגיש לאוטובוס או מטרו. המקום נמצא באזור בו יש לטפס במדרגות ויש לקחת זאת בחשבון אם אתם מבוגרים או עם עגלה. תמיד אפשר מונית ישירות למלון. אזור רגוע שקט ונעים מאד.

ניקוי חדר פעם אחת בשבוע ביום שקבוע מראש, אבל ניתן לקבל מהקבלה אביזרים נוספים שחסרים כמו מגבות ונייר טואלט. היינו משפחה בחדר והרצפה מתלכלכת .....הייתי רוצה יותר פעמים נקיון בחדר. חסר נייר ניגוב למטבח.

Beautiful location, good breakfast and lovely dining area.

excellent cleaning by the cleaning people. The Bangladeshian man at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and polite. He was terrific. I also liked that the windows opened, in my room into the courtyard. And that the room had good instant coffee for free.

The bed was sort of hard--apparently they were new beds, though. The AC was a bit noisy at night and it couldn't turn below 20C, and I like it cooler for sleeping. Also, to turn the lights off you have to take the room card out, which means you can't turn on the lights at night to go to the bathroom!

The hotel is located in a beautiful touristy area, but at the same time it's very quiet at night, so you can have a good sleep. The staff is very frienly and helpful. There is a Metro station within 6 minutes of walking down the hill. The rooms have kitchen facilities, including an induction stove and a dishwasher

Most of the main Parisian landmarks are not within a walking distance. There is a metro station nearby, but it is located down the hill, so on your way back you need to climb up the hill

We basically liked everything - the location is just at the Sacre Coeur, so all you need you reach within 5-10 minutes - if it is Metro, restaurant, street food etc.etc.

THe only thing, we didnt like were the stairs, you should always climb, if you are not arriving by taxi.

The staff was friendly, and the location was nice and quiet.

By mistake the waste bin in the bathroom was full on our arrivel. The television screen had to be coded by an "expert" before it would work. But mostly I was surprised to learn, that you don't keep your homepage updated! Online you can read about Odalys: that you have to show passport, that you have to pay 300 Euro as a deposit, which will be refunded by check out if you leave the room in a good condition. Your home page also says, that Odalys will take payment 5 for the first night 5 days ahead of arrival. In the room you are met with a sign, that tells you, that you have to use the dishwasher after every use, and if not, you will be charged for extra service. None of these prescriptions meet reality, which lead to a degree af CONFUSION - and the staff has to explain - with a laugh ...

Clean and functional room, kitchen well stocked. Very quiet and excellent location.

Had misunderstood from pictures shown on booking.com that property has a pool but you need to pay 18 per hour to use it therefore it was pretty expensive for what it offered without use of pool.

the rooms were cleaned every 4 days, in between time there should have been some cleaning cloths, detergent and at least a dustpan and broom no electricity for a couple of hours and broken hairdryer on first night, blocked shower over the bath for 10 days and no hot water on last day

we loved everything about it, such a beautiful part of the city! such friendly staff and the place was so clean! 100% will be returning!
