Atemberaubendes Zuhause in der begehrten Sackgasse mit dem städtischen Wanderweg direkt vor Ihrer Tür! Dieses Haus hat alles. Setzen Sie sich auf ein übergroßes Hektar großes Grundstück neben einem Grüngürtel zurück. Privatfahrt mit einer Garage für 2 Autos. Die Küche ist ABSOLUT HERRLICH. Kein Detail wurde übersehen und es gibt eine versteckte, begehbare Speisekammer. Hell und offen mit zwei Schlafzimmern auf der Hauptebene, eines davon mit eigenem Bad. Die großzügig geschnittene Mastersuite wurde sorgfältig mit seinen und ihren Waschtischen und der fabelhaften Dusche mit separater Badewanne gestaltet. Es gibt drei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss für insgesamt 6 Schlafzimmer im Haus. Viel Stauraum und ein großer Schmutzraum in der Wäscherei. Sie werden den unglaublichen Garten und die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Grüngürtel und die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge genießen

Clean, comfy, practical, and fun! The layout of the home allowed everyone to spend time in the kitchen/family room. The layout of the bedrooms, especially the ones upstairs, also gave us opportunities for quiet times when we needed them. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is awesome!! Lots of space for a group our size, great kitchen facilities and utensils and comfortable beds. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

The house location was great, the space allowed for my family to stay in the same house, which we loved. The amenities and furniture were old, mismatched and not in the best condition… not to mention the master mattress was awful. It was supposed to be my birthday trip to relax and I could barely get rest in the bed. The backyard had snow, which was great but the patio furniture was not well maintained either so we were unable to sit outside.. Overall great time spent with family, but wish those details would have been better.

Great location! Located just 3 miles from Viola’s Garden Wedding venue. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with 2 main floor bedrooms for our 81, 86, and 91 year old parents and plenty of room for our adult children, spouses and significant others. Awesome kitchen with plenty of cookware for large group meals. Our stay was perfect!

This house has great space to accomodate lots of people, our kids loved it, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the location is great. But it could have been cleaner, the living/dining room/outdoor furniture was very worn, and the spa was way too chlorinated to take advantage of using.

We were up here for a gravel cycling getaway with friends and the house was perfect for a group of 9. The location was ideal - right next to the FUTS trail, which was a gateway to epic days on the bike! The house was very homey and had all the amenities, including a dream kitchen. The only downside was the mattresses. They were very well-worn - if you weren't sleeping in the exact middle, you were in a crater on either side of the bed. Otherwise everything was great!

We came up for a graduation and our entire family was able to stay together to celebrate. We had 10 adults and never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Well supplied kitchen, nice big yard, and all the amenities you could ever need! We will definitely be back for the next one!

Plenty of Room for the family to spread out didn’t feel crowded at all. Kitchen was very spacious to cook and gather in. Family enjoyed the stay, very pretty with the snow on the ground!

We traveled from the East Valley for the long MLK weekend. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and the property offered something for everyone. We packed for 1-3" of snow and by the time we left we had 18"...so check the weather forecast LOL Beautiful neighborhood, awesome cook's kitchen, comfy beds and the owner was terrific to work with. Went above and beyond for sure. Great place for multiple families or multiple generations.

House was great. Equipped with everything needed for a family with all ages. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. We had a great time playing in the snow and them warming up by the fire. They even had a Christmas tree set up for the stay. Thanks for a great home for our get away.

The home was attractive, spacious and clean.
We loved having 6 bedrooms (one is a converted office, so no closet) and 3.5 baths. We all especially loved the open kitchen and enjoyed the surprise of discovering the large pantry. Downside was that the oven would kick off during use and we’d have to reset it at the breaker. Not sure why this kept happening, if it’s user error than post specifics instructions! We also agree with other posters that it would be best to mention upfront that the house is nut-free.
We spent most of our indoor time relaxing around the fireplace, hanging in the dining room and kitchen and again, loved the wide openness of the area.
Great laundry room by the way!
And the home is only a mile from a plethora of shopping and restaurants.
(oh, two of the bedrooms could really use new mattresses, the master and the no closet bedroom. )

This home is very clean with all the amenities, kitchen was fully stocked beds very comfortable with lots of extra blankets and pillows. Quiet neighborhood. The communication was great too!

Upside - beautiful home, property, neighborhood. Quiet, lots of parking!! everything needed was available.
Downside - Nut free environment information should be included on the initial description. Receiving this info the day before arrival did cause some inconvenience for the 6 travelers.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay - plenty of room for our party of 11 adults and 5 little kids. The kids enjoyed the backyard, adults enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of pots and pans to do all our cooking. Everyone said their beds were comfy - just an overall great experience!

Delightful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Even fans for the bedrooms! Backyard had a great sitting area for the mornings or nights. One minor thing is the pavers have settled and were uneven for the kids running around. We overcame that ha! Lots of space inside the house and great tables for games.

Wedding /Family Weekend Stay
Great home for our family and bridal party -total of 14 of us ! Nice to have actual beds to sleep on for everyone and not pullout couches. Would highly recommend!
