The view of the water and fountain where wonderful.

As a PGA vacation veteran of many years and a former resident of the cottages myself, I dare say that I’m qualified to give an accurate review. Staci’s place has one of the very best views on the entire property, among the most comfortable beds, and for those who care, the best water pressure in the shower! There were sufficient essentials provided to make this “turn key” for even a short stay as mine was. And the price was great! Communication and check-in were efficient. I expect to return.

Clean, good location, nice host.

The resort cottage is very comfortable and well appointed. We had everything (other than great weather) that we needed for a relaxing week in Florida. From the cottage, it is a short walk to the resort hotel. There is a nice view of the par 3 golf course and lake from the outdoor patio. Check in was very easy. Staci is a very responsive host. We would stay in this cottage again.

The cottage was very clean and spacious. Located right on the golf course!!! Loved our stay and now extended it! Staci couldn’t be nicer! Can’t wait for next year to come back. Hoping it will be available

The place is well kept and is a great alternative to staying at hotels.The cottage is nicely stocked with daily essentials. Staci is extremely accessible and understanding. Definitely will be staying there again!

Photographs well but the listing photos do not match reality. The only reason this rental is receiving mediocre rating is because the homeowner based out of state was responsive…perhaps the only win. Because owner was not local, the quality check was never done before our check-in. Owner is reliant upon others to provide feedback. We were welcomed to many dead roaches and plaster bagworms, which were addressed when we contacted owner but continued to grace us with their presence throughout our 2-month stay (no discount was offered for inconvenience). We were never added to the guest list, which became inconvenient for after hours numerous times. We were never told of the mailbox renovations, neighbors informed us we needed to fetch mail from USPS; never received keys upon completion as the owner did not communicate these updates that were occurring onsite. Had the owner performed their due diligence, we would have had a better experience. We had higher expectations as the owner conducted an interview before approving our rental request; regret not interviewing the owner back. Wish we had reviewed Susan Z’s review from May 2021 as that would have deterred us from booking this in such a haste. For a few dollars more per day, we booked another condo in the same community where we have been receiving above and beyond 5-star treatment. Consider doing the same.

It was the perfect location for golf and nightlife. Very clean and owner was very responsive with communication.
