La posizione vicina al centro e alle spiagge di San Teodoro

La camera non aveva finestre se non la porta d’ingresso e di conseguenza poco areata e molto buia. Bagno cieco e privo di aspiratore e sprovvisto di bidet. Il letto era molto scomodo e i cuscini delle pietre. Gli arredi da rinnovare. L’aria condizionata si è rotta e nonostante l’intervento tempestivo del proprietario non ci sono stati i tempi per chiamare un tecnico per riattivarla. Parcheggio interno insufficiente se la struttura è al completo.

The location is great. In very center. Best ice-cream is just downstairs. All restairants are vwry close, walking area. The host was very nice.

Shower in bathroom. Needs to be improved. I give my not 10 points only because of this It was very hard to wash hair cause there was problem with running water. Flow of water was very weak.

The apartment is on the edge of the city centre. It has the privacy but everything is close. You can reach the beautiful beaches very easily by 10 or 20 mins walk. The hosts are very friendly, the check-in and check-out were easy. Good value for money.

The room is conveniently located in the centre of San Teodoro, on the way to one of the nicest beaches around. We found it very clean, and overall the price was very good for what we got. The room really has everything you need.

On the room description it was written "two large beds", while there was only one. We were only two, so it was ok, but we had selected this property specifically for having separate beds, and this was a bit disappointing. The owner left the keys to the shop owner nearby, who was very helpful and kind. However, it would have been nice from the owner to warn us about the situation in advance. The room is nice and clean , but overall better suited for a 2/3 days stay at maximum

The hosts were friendly. The accommodation has a top location, near bars, restaurants and the bus stop is 10-15mins walk away. Additionally, it’s close to the beach La Cinta, no car needed to get around the town. Air conditioning was available and working well. Towels were provided as well as dishwashing liquid and a sponge.

A huge minus point goes for the WIFI. There were two different hot spots and only one worked, which was the router from the main house where the owners lived. It DID NOT work from the rooms at all, so you have to get as close as possible to the main house to be able to connect. That was a real pain! Furthermore, communication was difficult as they didn’t speak English, only one Lady did a tiny bit. So there was not much interaction or I wasn’t able to ask many questions like: “where’s the nearest supermarket located, what restaurants would you suggest etc. If you are a host and you have international guests staying with you, I believe, you should be able to speak English to communicate with your guests.

The central location

Location was great, near the town centre. We only stayed 1 night but the apartment had everything we needed and a nice view to wake up to on the balcony. The owner was very friendly. Santa Teodoro is a vibrant and interesting town
