The room was fantastic. It's the first time I've had a large fridge, freezer, and other kitchen amenities in a hotel before. I made use of them all. The pool and spa/sauna were great, as was the fitness room. I liked that they have a shuttle bus available from the Sherwood Residence" next door. It's walking distance to many touristy areas. The staff was helpful and attentive with every question. I would not not even look for a different hotel if I were to return to HCMC in the future. This is the one I'd choose. They even provided me with a special welcome gift for my birthday!

There is no water fountain to refill bottles. But there is a shop across the street to buy and they staff always provided more if I asked. I just didn't want to use too many plastic bottles. The pool area seating is limited, but we had no issues finding room when we went.

It was a very comfortable 5 night stay in HCMC, thanks in part to the splendid Sherwood Suites which was clean, spacious and had its own kitchenette and utensils thus we managed to grab some ingredients from the nearby Co Op mart & cook dinner some nights. The free shuttle service to town was awesome and very much on time. I hope they'll always have this service. The hotel staff, especially the wait staff at Le Cafe were very friendly and spoke pretty good English. Special shout out to Quynh who constantly knew what we wanted for breakfast (menu-ordered buffet) and my coffee order after the first day. She truly made the day for my wife, son and me special. Sherwood Suites, it was great. We'll definitely be back again. Please keep up the good work and never change.

The only thing they could improve was to perhaps have wider breakfast options to cater for those staying longer than 3 nights.

Very good location in the third district. The apartments are luxurious, spacious and have everything you could need. As for the accommodation, you really have the feeling that you are in a 5 star hotel. In the building there is a swimming pool (semi-open), a gym and a playroom for children. Wi Fi excellent. There are several supermarkets in the area, so self-catering is not a problem.

The apartment had a strange smell, probably from some cleaning agent. We tried to get rid of it, but it didn't work. Also, I think the lobby area could be more comfortable.

Very clean and spacious, very good customer service, definitely will book again.

it was true to the picture, very spacious and clean. within walkable distance to District 1 center. explore rue pasteur nearby with little coffee shops. social bar rooftop within 200m. i would definitely come back and loved the hotel.

nothing but I would make one recommendation, a Nespresso coffee machine in the room would make the extra service to feel like in 5* luxury hotel.

The wonderful attitude of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. This has been my 4th long stay visit in HCM and Sherwood continues to give me a home away from home feeling.

Sparkling clean, convenient, spacious and very comfortable. all amenities and staff were very accommodating.

I particularly like the home-like environment. Hotel staff are helpful and courteous. Cleanliness is strictly observed.

Hotel Staff are extra accommodating maybe due to familiarity (3rd visit). Food was good with ample serving. Room is always spic and span clean!
