Online check in is stressful, several messages reaching, some links doesn’t work, I found it very weird to provide my credit card and ID details via the link; even if green policy is claimed, most of statements are printed, I suppose less digital guest are confused.

2 minutes walking distance from the airport, cozy and a practical option for someone who needs a short stay around the airport.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat if you are travelling in/out of Ferenc Liszt (BUD) Airport. I did get my wake-up call, on time (in fact, just a little early -- which was good!). The hotel is also adjacent to the rental car lot, which was a bonus for me. It's a good choice if you're coming in late or going out early (the latter of which was me).

The room had a dormlike feel to it, and the furnishings were not as comfortable as I would have wished. My evening meal, which I purchased a la carte (it's not included in the price), was overpriced.

If you're on a late inbound flight, it's a great stop over for the night, walking distance from the arrival terminal, 5 min 👍

Very close to the Terminal but also to the car rental parking. Good communication even before the trip, electronic check-in in advance and virtual key on the smartphone. Brilliant

There is no such a thing. Would have appreciated a minibar in the room but that is not an issue.

My flight got delayed for 4 hours, and I arrived at the property at 3:00am in the morning. However, they were so welcoming. I really liked the checkout time being 12:00:)

Employees using bad language amongst themselves in the bar area. My advice; watch how you communicate to each other. You will look professional in the eyes of the guests, and that perception is priceless. We all admire a pro, regardless of their position.

Breakfast was reasonably good but nothing to write home about but although the rooms are a bit simple beds were comfy and most necessities were there. For those who want to be in airport vicinity it’s definitely a recommended hotel but a little overpriced.

The hotel has softest bed linen ever! New mattresses guarantee good night sleep.For an Ibis, they size of suite was impressive. The staff very professional and kind.

The airco set on automatic mode:nothing you can do if it is too hot as the soundproof windows do not open.

The breakfast was good. We had breakfast at 4 am because of our flight. It was very early in the morning, so it was very convenient to have an early breakfast.

The soundproof room and the breakfast. The proximity to the airport was also a plus. Overall it is a great hotel with good services. The cleanliness of the room was also good.

I had the most terrible night. this was meant to be a 6 hours sleep in between connecting flights. the room was the most uncomfortable place I ever tried to sleep in

constant crackling and very loud popping sounds coming from the walls. I would almost fall asleep before I wake up to the loud noise. I’m not sure what the source of the sound is but probably a water leak as evident by the big spot on the ceiling

At the end of a 2 1/2 week trip in Europe and needing to be back in Budapest for our return flight back to the USA, this hotel's location was perfect. We were able to walk from the airport terminal to the hotel. The designated walkway was initially a little hard to find because of surrounding construction, but once located, it was a simple and short walk even with luggage. We used the 100E bus to get to and from Budapest center for our last half day in this wonderful capital city. Besides the convenience of this hotel location, we really liked the style of the facility. The paper airplane motif is whimsical and fun. The room wasn't large but sufficient for our one nighter. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice.
