Super Lage

Bei Ankunft war die Toilette nicht geputzt, wurde zwar nach einem Anruf nachgeholt, aber darf eigentlich nicht passieren. Fenster könnten auch eine Reinigung vertragen. Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bettwäsche hatte Löcher. Mäßige Ausstattung (keine Auflagen für Liegen, kein Salz, keine Tabs oder ähnliches für die Spülmaschine, Shampoo wirkte als wäre es mit Wasser gestreckt). Zu guter letzt freilaufende Hunde, was nicht jeder Gast gut finden dürfte.

The location and the view is amazing hence our second stay. Comfortable bedding and love the bath. Everything you could want really.

Very small things… maybe a sharper knife and some scissors would have been useful. We stayed 3 days and could have benefitted from extra towels.

View is to die for..

Could do with a bit of an update on appliances and furniture. Place was a bit dusty could do with a spring clean.

Loved the location right next to the beach

Lack of crockery/utensil/oven pans

Everything was wonderful except a couple of details below

(1) Lounge in photo was leather modern L shape. What was their old lumpy lounge. (2) when going for walk on beach sliding does not lock on outside which meant valuables exposed. (3) Owners dog Rufiki second day on beach followed and stalked daughter who is afraid of unknown dogs.The first time we had to turn back half way the second time hardly started walk at all then she wouldn’t go on beach so had to drive to pea soup so we could enjoy walk on beach which defeated the reason of getting and paying for ocean views. Third day we had found out who the dog belonged to and that it was friendly so daughter was then able to go back down beach without worry of the dog scaring her as much since it stayed by our side the entire walk and back. She was still worried in case it got into a fight with another dog but I told her it must do this everyday and hopefully other dog owners will sought it out. ( Can I please strongly suggest you let people know that the properties dogs name and that it is very friendly and maybe a picture of it so other people don’t get frightened. ( a lot of people are afraid of dogs). It wouldn’t have maybe mattered if it was just going past but it was trying to interact with my daughter and when she told it to go away it started barking at her which freaked her out. )

The view and location was spectacular with all the amenities one would need. Great property and truly a relaxing haven.

The TV needs to be upgraded to a smart tv, also we found the bed to be hard and the gas log fire place was restricted to a low flame so the ambience a fire place could not be enjoyed.
