Location was great, bedroom was comfy
Very unclean kitchen, fridge had accumulated dirt in the door tray, milk deposits on the shelves and old food deposits on the shelf runners. Had to clean it. The microwave was so dirty I just didn’t use it. The small appliances had crusty dried on splashes and the dishes were dirty, glasses filthy. So substandard.

The location was excellent in terms of the building, beautiful view! The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was clean and well equipped.
The bathroom sink is tiny. The towels were very rough and quite small.

Mostly set out well. Fantastic views good location
Dressing table needs to be near big mirror & plug sockets not across the room with tiny mirror and no sockets. In that space a chest of drawers could go in as there is not room to put clothes away.
The floors was not cleaned and the toaster was full of crumbs grease in oven. also needs new mattress & pillows protector as the mattress was stained. Shower was not working properly. Left message as instructed and no one got back to me at all. But the worst part was wondering why they wanted photos ID but that’s so the camera at the top of the stairs can check you are who you say you are without anybody meeting & greeting you

Perfect location for us, booked as we had an event on at Dreamland which was a 10 minute walk. Lovely little apartment, easy to access. Asked for early check in due to a long travel and they messaged as soon as the cleaners had left for us to check in an hour early; free of charge. Kitchen had everything we needed. All in all, lovely stay and would highly recommend.
The bathroom wasn't very clean, but the rest of the apartment was clean.

fantastic location, one minute walk from the old town and the beach. Simply and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. This place felt like home from home and I would highly recommend.

It was just perfect home from home, great facilities everything catered for. Clean spacious and so comfortable, very kindly left us a welcome pack which had everything in it that was needed.

The view from the top floor is just about worth the wear and tear on your knees, if you're over 35! Kitchen facilities are very good, which includes a great kitchen bar area with stools. Wifi and TV working perfectly. Black out curtains in bedroom are amazing! Great reading corner / chair.
Some minors and some majors. From bedroom, it does sound like pigeons are nesting in the loft space above the bedroom ceiling. Pillows with feathers are not for some. Bedroom and living room carpets need a better vacuuming and a deep clean / replacement due to stains. Read ALL the small print on the deposit and 7 page tenancy agreement. A bit of an overkill for our 2 night stay. Deposit took 3 days to be returned after a midweek checkout. Parking difficult, nearest street parking was opposite Aldi.

Lovely place and a good view.
Had everything you need for a comfortable stay, even all the kitchen utensils was good.😉
Did here pigeons in the morning, but thats not there fault and I believe it will be sorted..
Also the shower pressure isn't good but I've been in worst

Everything good - just like the photos. Clean and tidy, compact with everything needed for my stay. By the end of the week I’d even got used to the stairs! Everything appeared clean. Instructions for appliances nice and clear. Lots of hot water for washing up.
Not much really. Shower head needed attention - regular descaling/cleaning; a bit of work where the shower head meets the hose would prevent half the water pouring out before it gets to the shower head. The welcome pack consisting of cleaning items and a few refreshment sachets was, I hope, slightly tongue in cheek. Could have just left them in a cupboard…

Location and view is great, short walk to the beach, food n pubs.
The town house flights of stairs quite narrow and no matter how quiet we were goin in n out the dog alarm on the ground floor flat would go off 😂 not a big deal though.

Everything in the property was top quality. it was so comfortable and well thought out. The location was perfect too.
The only downside was the stairs, but I knew about them in advance and it wasn’t a problem.

The 'welcome package' was the most depressing example I have ever received. Normally you get wine and chocolates/biscuits but here it contained bin liners, kitchen roll, a scourer and enough tea for 1 cup for only one of us for the 4 days.

Lovely view the top floor. Checking in procedure was easy but opening the key box was a bit tricky. Comfortable bed
Guys, buy a new yellow reading chair, it’s dirty. Give the bathroom floor, the area behind the toilet and the skirting boards a proper clean too.

Lots of labels, felt like we were in Alice in Wonderland.
There seemed to be a lot of moths, and it wasn’t from my wallet. Lol

Bed comfortable, location and views were good
6 flights of stairs that were badly lit. Windows needed cleaning and blinds still needs fixing. Toilet not very clean. Chair still stained. ( as in past reviews) all looks very dated and in need of a makeover.

Lovely apartment in a great location with an excellent sea view. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed - great kitchen, shower and a very comfy bed.

Entrance and stairs. Felt uncomfortable however good when we got into the apartment. Best feature is the view however one blind didn’t work and wouldn’t stay up. The TV had issues, pixelated pictures and kept losing channels maybe due to the scaffolding at the back.

six flights of stairs although we were advised it was top floor but didn’t reckon on there being quite so many flights! internet was intermittent. Having to provide passport/details etc and pay a deposit was somewhat unusual would have preferred if location, key lock code etc could have been provided in 1 email rather than 3 separate.

Almost everything! Nice cosy appartment, well equiped kitchen, good shower. Perfect location!
Stairs to the 3rd floor can be a bit challenging, when you are carrying a suitcase.. But maybe for younger people it is not a problem. Also a bit complicated signing with the copy of passport. Now, this I really did not like..
