Not sure I’ve ever written a review before but wanted to this time as this is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in - cool, quirky, brill location - quiet but very close to the centre, lovely clean rooms and polite staff

Great location and very friendly staff.

We didn't have breakfast, but the buffet looked varied and substantial. The hotel was in a great location, only a 10 mins walk to the Duomo and slightly longer to other attractions. Good variety of restaurants and cafe's within a short walk. Hotel was spotlessly clean, really lovely decor and looked exactly as in the promotional photos, so no surprises! All the staff were welcoming and very helpful - perfect hotel for a trip to Milan!

Very clean. Good location. Breakfast selection good. Loved the courtyard and style with fashion theme throughout and modern furniture.

Room was too hot. There was an issue with air conditioning on our floor and we were compensated.

Good location, nice bathroom

we are couple with two small children. We booked two superior rooms for their size, asking weeks before arrival a few times that rooms will be close to the other. although asked repeatedly, they manage to give us one superior room and one very small room at the same floor, but charging us for two superior rooms. The other room that was very very small, not worth the rate they charged!

Breakfast location and offering were very good. Staff were very accommodating. Location relative to sites we wished to see was very handy.

Some front staff were lovely others were not too accomodating. no mini bar so not ideal for longer stays. showers were very slippery due to the flooring. no food at the premises so no room service. not ideal if you’re travelling with a baby.
