The location is perfect with easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants and the historic old town. The rooms were large and well appointed. There was a repair required in our room upon check-in so we were given a free upgrade to a premium apartment at no charge. Excellent customer service!

Newly renovated hotel but rather impersonal as it was a self-service property.

The TV channels do not work despite attempts to rectify it by the management. When it did work, it was only for a few channels, lasting a few hours. I had to contact them each day and after the second day, I gave up lest of sounding like a pain. Do provide floor mats for the bathroom so that it is not wet (and slippery) when we step out of the shower.

The location in Castel Branco was great, lovely space in both the building and separate studio apartment. Having the bed made daily and cleaning was a step up from usual air b'n'b.

Would have liked some info on what was going on in Castelo Branco that week, it turned out the Contemporary art centre opposite (shown as closed on google) had a fantastic Cuban cello and piano duo playing mid-week, which we just chanced on, but to be fair the tourist office didn't mention it when we asked about local gigs.

The place was perfecf for our two day visit to the town.

This is THE location if you're staying in Castelo Branco. I couldn't ask for more. Shops, sightseeing, tourism all on our doorstep. I would 100% recommend this accommodation. Clean, quiet (apart from world Cup roars 🤣🤣). The price for our 3 night stay was excellent. Was able to leave our luggage in a safe place as we were too early for check-in. Host was so helpful. Would so love to return to this location. Thank you so much.

very little - bed not particularly comfortable and tv control hard to work out (no remote)

Very nice apartment, good location, very clean and had everything we needed (except a corkscrew!). Comfortable beds and despite being right in the centre of town and we stayed on a Friday night, it was very quiet all night.

Parking was a bit tricky, but available on local streets.
