Location convenient for sites and attractions in Arles. Boulangerie/Patisserie just below the property, medium sized Intermarché two minute walk. Pleasant studio apartment with good size kitchen/dining/lounge room, a double bed room, and shower/wc. Good washing machine, cooker and fridge/freezer. Large screen TV capable of receiving Netflix etc. from smartphone or tablet. Heating effective (we stayed in December).

Hand over of keys not well organised. Although we had notified the time of our arrival, Damien e-mailed us on the day we were travelling to Arles, and we did not see his message. We had three different addresses for the property (although its was obvious they were close together) and after arriving at what turned out to be the right address there was nothing to indicate we were in the right place. Eventually we telephoned Damien and he came to let us in after about 10 minutes. Bed was not especially comfortable - synthetic duvet cover, soggy pillows. We would have appreciated a hand towel in addition to the two mediums sized bath towels provided. No corkscrew!

The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped Location is good as it is pretty quiet despite easy access to the town It was very clean and tidy Well equipped for kids with baby cot, high chair and toys available

Coffee machine was not working properly but it was replaced within half a day once reported Had to wait a bit for a checkin and the checkin lady did not speak a single word English - but she was still very friendly and we managed pretty well Not a lot of storage for the luggage

excellent location, clean, comfy and decorated with taste. the sofa bed is super comfortable - that’s always a bonus!

only thing I’d say is that if the neighbors are noisy in the corridor, you can definitely hear them… but the windows are well soundproofed so no noise from the road.

Extremely hot inside. Air-conditioner in lounge has no impact on bedroom. Very noisy - the apartment is next to the main road. Parking is a lottery. All I want to say about the host is that he is less than friendly.

We arrived much later than expected and the owner had someone waiting for us to hand over the keys. The place is very clean and comfy, location is superb, just next to the river and the parking was very easy. It was very nice for the owner to have toys prepared for kids, and, especially, as a Chinese, it was very heart-warming to be able to find chopsticks in the kitchen, I had some instant noodles with them :).

The apartment itself is ok, everything’s clean, bed linen and towels are fresh and smell good. So it really corresponds to most reviews you may see.

Check in may be tricky. Although the description says you may check in at 15:00, it may not happen in reality. The host advised it was possible for him to provide us with a key at 17:00 as long as he couldn’t because of a job. We arrived at 17:00 and waited in the street outside for another 40 minutes for the host to appear. This is really the first time in 10 years I wait somebody for check in. No apologies, just an angry look from the host because I dared to call him. I see 2 solutions to avoid it in future: change check in time in description or provide self check in.

The host was 4 hours late, and very late and rude in his communications about this. He did not follow up when we left and forgot something in the apartment. We never received the forgotten items.

Charming place, the decor is simple but stylish. Short, pleasant walk over the bridge into town.

It could use a few lamps to soften the lighting.

Great location..well equipped..very comfortable...bakery right downstairs for fresh banquettes and croissants..grocery store about a 3 minute walk. Would recommend to my friends.
