Nice place however a visit from the pool company for a quick pool vacuum and or the property manager would have been appreciated to check in with us. It’s understood there are quite a few bugs around however a vacuum could have been done midweek to alleviate such issues. Thanks

Villa in great location for getting to parks, supermarkets and restaurants. Spacious, good facilities and as described. Had a couple of issue which but all resolved and great communication with owner who was quick to respond

This review is based solely on our experience at the property. With that said, the property is not maintained as it seems in the picture. Lawn and pool were lacking maintenance (lawn not cut in some time and pool was dirty). Trash totes were full upon arrival. Walls and ceilings around intake vents were covered in black dust. Sofa and comforters were stained. We battled bugs (ants and roaches) the entire time. To the point we left 4 days early and moved to a hotel. This property has the potential with some updates and improved property care. It is not conveniently located to Disney… with the traffic during a “slower than normal” crowd it takes 30-40 minutes on average.

property was nice, had some minor issues. that made us want to move to another place. contacted the owner and he was very gracious. he refunded our money and we went somewhere else. owner and management were very responsive.

The house was perfect for our getaway. The house itself is beautiful. The pool is a little on the small side if you have a lot of kids, but perfect for a couple or small family. Check in and check out was seamless, with no major issues. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space to unpack. The only issue we had was with the dryer. The tumbler doesn’t work. It wasn’t a big deal, since we had packed as if we weren’t able to do laundry (we discovered the issue on the last day).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and had an excellent holiday. It was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything (and more) we could need, especially when travelling with a young baby. The villa is in a great location for the parks and is in a nice, quiet area. Paul was always quick to respond to our queries and questions and was extremely helpful. He was also very understanding when we needed to rearrange our holiday twice. Communication with the management company was also excellent and they were very helpful. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would love to stay again in the future!

The home was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. The owner was very responsive to any communication. Vacationed with my family of 4, which includes two small children. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The pool was perfect and clean. The grill was used for a cookout and the kitchen was just the right size for cooking our meals all week. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Loved this property and would definitely stay again. Enjoyed the pool and BBQ grill. Owners and management where quick to respond to our questions!

My adult son and I enjoyed perfect weather for our winter stay in Florida. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to concerns we had. The house was spacious and pretty much handicapped accessible as noted in the listing. (Just need to be able to do a "wheelie" through front entrance door and back doorway.) I gave 4 stars due to heavy, noisy traffic behind house & furnishings need to be updated. We enjoyed the close proximity to Champion's Gate and Sunset Walk in Margaritaville.

We had a family break for 10 nights. There was plenty of room for 3 wild kids to run around and the pool was fantastic too burn off some of their energy. We had an issue with the toilet and the management company was speedy and kept us updated.

Only downfall is the traffic but nothing to do with the house

We enjoyed our relaxing week at the Villa. Very comfortable for a family to eat in and feel at home. The pool was relaxing and perfect temperature. Fun area to play in the garage. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfy place close to Disney!

It was a great place to stay! We all enjoyed it and we were very close to the Disney parks so that was nice. We ended up being there throughout the hurricane and didn’t have any issues and the host was incredibly nice/quick to respond with any questions we had as well as checking in on us after the hurricane. We all enjoyed staying here.

Great location! Family loved the pool!

The house was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed for our family getaway. It was the perfect place to stay for our family. The pool was great, as were the games in the garage. The location was great! We would definitely stay again when we return to the state.

We stayed here for 10 days. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic, we had a wonderful holiday. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood, with good access to shops and the I4. The games room was great, we especially enjoyed the table tennis! Nice swimming pool and lovely to see the different birds in the trees whilst sitting outside. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

The house was overall really good and was as described in the add. We really enjoyed the pool area and it was very well equipped. Really good value for the money. The only negative for us was that the traffic noise from the road

House met our expectations

We found the home was very clean, nice pool, loved the privacy fence. It was nice to go in the pool and not have neighbors looking over at you. There were lots of channels on the TV to watch and great picture. We played ping pong but the paddles need replacing or glue the backings back on, only 3 paddles. We didn't play pool, the table looked great but only one cue stick. The washer and dryer were very nice. The washer was huge! The beds were very comfortable. We did have a problem opening the lock box to retrieve the key to the house. We didn't arrive until 9:00 p.m. so it was dark. Our son had to work and work on getting it open. Then when we left we couldn't open the lock box, perhaps a new one would be wise. We plan on staying here again if we return to Florida.

This house was the perfect place for our family to relax, visit family who lives nearby and get away from the cold of NH. The house was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable as well. The owners were incredibly nice and answered any questions quickly. We will stay here again next year and hopefully for the foreseeable future!!! Thank you so much for letting us use this villa.

Arrived at villa , its was clean and seemed well maintained enjoyed the heated pool and property was in a great location for our itinerary enjoyed our stay would use this villa again in the future

The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and the game room up t was a nice stay I thought the location was in Kissimmee but it on Davenport phone service is not the best but other than that it was a nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as pictured. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood and it’s fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved the pool! I had a few questions during our stay and the homeowners replied immediately. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great stay in mid July for a family of four: 2 adults, 1 teen, and 1 preschooler. The house was immaculate and the location was perfect. We were close to the major highway I-4, restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions (~30 minutes with traffic). The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we were very comfortable here. We appreciated the quick response from the property manager and easy checkin process for our first VRBO stay. My 4 yr old has a strong aversion to water and having open access to a pool helped him tremendously. Thanks, Paul!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Loughman. We absolutely loved everything about it. Can’t wait to go again..

Property was nice beds do need to get updated. Only issue is first night we were not able to get in due to not receiving info of code to get keys but other than that our family enjoyed the property.

Our stay here went well overall but there were some things of note, especially if you are traveling with small children. One of the reasons I selected this property was for the wide array of amenities for children and safety. There is a pack-n-play but one of the legs does not properly attach and falls off. There are supposed to be alarms on every exterior door to warn if children get into the pool area, however these alarms are non-functional. We tested all of them by switching them on and opening the doors repeatedly and none of them went off. The pool has a protective net around it so that children cannot access it from the lanai area. However, this does not properly close all the way. Additionally, the room with the children's beds is located with a sliding door access to the pool, of course this can be locked, but my older child is old enough to operate the door locks, while not being old enough to swim unsupervised. Additional notes for small ones- the tables in the living area are all square glass tables, easy for small ones to run into. And the floors are all tile, so they can be slippery when wet and make for a hard landing (as my toddler found out). Other, random notes, the only frying pan has a non-stick coating that is peeling off. The electric kettle and shower nozzles all appeared to have thick coatings of limescale. At night there is a lot of traffic noise. I live on a busy street so I never thought this would bother me, but multiple vehicles with sirens went by almost every night, as well as people playing very loud music from their cars or revving loud engines. For the positive aspects, the particular neighborhood we were in seemed to be very nice, with friendly neighbors, and it seemed safe. All the appliances worked fine and the general layout of the house was nice. There was even a bin with some toys for the kids. We enjoyed our vacation here and I might consider staying again when the kids are a bit older.

My family really enjoyed the house and the pool. My wife loved that not only was it fairly close to parks, but their was an Aldi just a few minutes away!

Easy to locate, does back up to busy highway. Home very clean, had all necessary kitchen supplies, no noisy neighbors. Bring your own wash/face cloths. No pool solar cover. Definitely could use a fan in lanai area. Needs new mattress in master bedroom. Owner hoping to come over this year and fix some of these.
