Great space for groups. Many different places to sit, eat and relax. Really nice hosts with great service mentality. Everything was great!

Friendly hosts, beautiful spacious property, lots of bathrooms for guests, air conditioning in every room, pool areas was amazing and kitchen has good facilities

Only downside was that it was hard to get taxis sometimes due to a road closure near the old club privilege. Taxis would get lost and were sometimes late but easy to get Ubers or walk to the main road

The location of the villa is perfect, 10 minutes away from the main town. It's at the same time in a perfect spot and away from the crowd, allowing a quiet environment, at all hours of the day.

There is nothing not to like about this villa, spaces were great and the money paid accurately represented what the villa offers.

Good value for big groups. Kitchen was amazing . Aircon was great. Lots of room. We were travelling with 14 people which is difficult at the best of times but Cesar made it very easy by communicating with us via WhatsApp. Responses were super fast

It was a little out of the way, but it was expected. It’s a few mins walk to the bus stop with takes you to the old town or San Rafael. Or you can organise a premium cab with the concierge.

The villa was perfect for our group. We had just celebrated our wedding in Mallorca & extended the trip with our closest friends in Ibiza for a few days. We loved the layout, with the main house & bedrooms quite separate from the outdoor chillout area / pool area and the kitchen in a completely different building. It meant that those sleeping weren't disturbed by anything going on in other parts of the villa, and that the ants which were drawn to the food were confined to the kitchen and not in any of the bedrooms. The team managing the villa were great - we had a whatsapp group where they shared lots of information before check in, and they were very responsive throughout our stay, also providing us with an online grocery delivery account which we used and this worked out very well. We also hired Linda Engels from Mobile Comfort Food Ibiza to come and cook a Mexican feast for us on our 1st day, which I couldn't recommend highly enough. The whole villa was really clean and had everything we needed. The clubs obviously weren't open this year, but it is perfectly located for Privilege (a 5 min walk) and Amnesia (probably only 15 mins walk but along a busy road so would get a taxi) in other years. I would definitely stay there again!

As with most villas in Ibiza the mattresses / pillows on the beds were fairly budget & not that comfy, but not many people go to Ibiza to sleep! We had a couple of issues getting the air conditioning to work in one of the rooms because we couldn't get the window closed, but the team managing the villa were very responsive and came to fix it. As we were quite far from the main towns, we had to wait quite a long time for taxis to come and collect us to go out. I would recommend ordering cabs at least 30 mins before you actually want to leave.
