The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great, similar to a mini wetroom and it also had a fantastic double shower. The beds were nice and there was also a fridge in the room which was a really good bonus. A shared kitchen with cooking facilities and utensils was also available for use. The staff were super friendly, welcoming us on arrival and showing us around and always happy to help. A great place to stay which I cannot fault. Highly recommended.

Good location

Room smelt of cigarettes and the smoking area was right outside window so kept filling up with smoke every time opened the window.

it was very clean and nice. it was nice that we had a code instead of a key to get into our rooms. you could also watch netflix on their tv, (don’t forget to log out though, I forgot)

no fans or ac and there were only two bathrooms on the floor we stayed at

Freedom to come and go. Great kind people they are lovely hosts.

The bed was comfortable and the fridge had enough space to satisfy two people staying. The large television was nice to watch something in the background, and the extra tea, coffee, drinks, and snacks were a nice touch.

The hot weather during the day made the room uncomfortable at times, air conditioning would've really helped the room, and the plants by the windows makes it more likely to attract flies which wasn't welcoming. The bathroom was okay, although a bathmat would've been nice so water wasn't leaking all over the floor. We noticed a few spiders crawling around the room which were shocking as we don't like them at all.

Cigarette butt's all over outdoor areas.. No place to hang clothes or towel in the bathroom. Shared Bathroom smelt of Cigarette smoke.

The room was warm at all times and the shower was good.

This place is used as a half way house funded by the government which I appreciate is a fantastic and very much needed resource though it is not advertised as that at all. The people staying in other rooms around ours had various issues or problems or addictions. Not all, but the majority. A gentleman peered through our bedroom window. Thankfully I was dressed at the time. The bathmat plus wall was smeared with feciese on one occasion. The room we booked guided by the photo when booking we did not get. There was no desk which made it impossible for me to work. It fitted a double bed, leaving enough room to walk around plus shelving. We were ironically asked to leave one morning due to antisocial behaviour? The complaints were made at a time we weren't actually in the building. Also building work was taking place for the entirety of our stay. I am still awaiting a refund for the nights following us leaving. They have even held £100 of our money claiming that there was something wrong with the bed. We are polite, respectful people, and the whole experience was just awful. Do not book this place.

the room was quite fine. particularly liked the MOVIES on the channels. plus of course the tea in the room. overall, I was satisfied.
