Great location. Lovely outside area, overlooking the golf course. Shared facilities (pool etc.) would have been lovely in the summer months
The boiler only worked intermittently. Difficult to get warm water (required much "rebooting" of the boiler), and the boiler would often shut down during the middle of a shower. Not ideal with young children

Location was great and David was very accommodating and helpful.
4 nights and we had 2 tissue, 1 in each bathroom.

We loved that the apartment was so close to the Old Village, which was handy for meals and drinks. The dedicated parking space right outside was fantastic as well and the complex felt secure with code only access. The kitchen was great.
The shower leaked after a couple of minutes, which wasn't ideal. The seals around it needed a good clean, and the water temperature was erratic at times. A member of our party tripped coming in from the patio and managed to break a pane on the glass coffee table (which we have paid to have replaced). He was very fortunate that he didn't do himself a serious injury, but it could have been a different story had it been a child. It needs to be replaced.

This apartment is excellent. It is in a quite location across the road from the Old Village which has bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment has everything you will need to enjoy your holiday. Very spacious, lovely pool and very comfortable for 4 to 6 people. I would highly recommend this property to families or couples looking for a peaceful location.

Exactly as described and better in real life! Photos didn’t do it justice! Perfect location to restaurants and supermarket at old village and short walk to marina. Facilities were second to none with large garden space, 3 bedrooms and BBQs! 10 second walk to pool and super gardens and pool facility!

The locarion
Fridge was filty.Lots of ants..Booked transport from you driver dropped us off the wrong place.we paid 46 euro.return to faro only cost 35..requested towels never got them.

Loved the location and size of accommodation
Pool maintenance was being carried out by men cutting down pine cones that ended up in the pool which meant our daughter couldn't use it

The accommodation was clean and had comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could wish for. The surroundings were picturesque with beautiful plants and trees.
The property was in a great location and had bars and restaurants within close proximity.
The pool wasn't clean and the pumps weren't working at all. Did not see anyone clean it properly, although there was a guy who pottered about.
The fridge door didn't always close so you had to make sure to push it firmly to shut it.
There was no soap and only two toilet rolls for a family of five for a week!

The villa is beautiful. Really well presented. We travelled with two toddlers so the garden was ideal for them. The location was great, across from all the restaurants of the old village. It was quiet, peaceful and clean. The kitchen was really well equipped. Black out blinds in the bedrooms were great.
The WiFi wasn't great. It went in and out a lot.
If I was to change something, it would be the shaggy rugs. They really do hide a multitude of hairs and food.
The check out process wasn't clear, a bit more communication towards the end of the trip would be helpful.

Furnished to a high standard but also very homely at the same time
Not a reflection on this apartment but the serviced grounds around the shared pool could do with more comfortable sunloungers. There were no cushions provided for these so we were lying on hard plastic. The private garden has lovely loungers but does not get a lot of sun.
