I really like the wooden finish it has all around its pretty genuine and posh kinda

Need to work in cleanliness and quality of towel and other floor ..

1. Location is very good. I booked for trust in Treebo brand. 2. Staff was good and trying to respond to problems by their personal attitude and effort but without any hotel policy. But can be trained better.

1. Hotel maintenance was terrible. The path to the room was cluttered with all sorts of loosely lying materials and garbage bags. Hotel could stop taking bookings if renovating. OR Could State it upfront and offer discounted rentals. Hotel did neither and projected neat and clean facility on site which was a lie. 2. Bathroom maintenance was sad. Gutter water was coming back and spreading all over the bath floor. 3. Hotel management do not bother to provide the basic tea-tray in room esp when their pantry staff arrives at 8am and can serve tea by 8.30am that too in a steel tea pot (Huh..). 4. Hotel does not have any standards as to how to keep quality and how to respond to guest when failing on deliverables. 5. The hotel GM stated he did not know anything about my series of problems although he was present everyday (No MIS). 6. Hotel GM showed no signs of remorse nor any proper response to compensate/satisfy a suffering guest even when he was informed (probably he knew already). 7. The GM refused to give me the hotel owner’s contact number. 8. Torn bedsheet was provided on bed. 9. The GM continued to say he does not have power to give discount as compensation. But reduced Rs 800 when I pressed as a token discount. Would have been more impactful if he had offered it from his side without pressure. Owner to review senior staff’s authority if he is designated as GM. 10. There is a lot of room for improvement. 11. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR STAY/BOOKING.

very very bad experience the landline phone was not working and there was not hot water for shower.
