Great location, nice gym and great rooms

The a/c did not work well even after staff checked. Rooftop bar is outrageously expensive.

The rooms were excellent, the staff very friendly and supportive - they spoke English very well. The hotel assisted us with booking of airport transfer and wehn we decided to sleep late, a call to reception ensured that our room was attended to. The location of the hotel was excellent - close to bus and tube transport. Lots of excellent shops, coffee shops, restaurants withing walking distance from the hotel.

There is not really anything that I can complain about or that I did not like. We had a really good experience staying here.

The room is considered big, can open 2 luggage with ample space, which is not so common. The location is great, near Hongdae shopping and dining but not noisy.

The 2 pillows are just too soft. Good to provide 1 hard and 1 soft pillow to cater to different needs. The common sink idea is nice. However, this type is good for couple, as there is no way to hang clothes while showering.

繁華街が近かった

スーペリアツインだったはずだが、実際に用意された部屋はスタンダードツインだった。すごく残念だった。あとは、繁華街に面した方の部屋だったので明け方までずっと外がうるさいのと、向かいのビルのサイネージがチカチカと光っていてカーテンは開けられなかった。

シャワー/洗面の水のでが悪い 110Vが全く使えず依頼して復旧したが、普通は宿泊客が来る前にすべきことがやられていないだけ。 ASIA諸国で300泊以上しておりますが、 5段階評価でロケーションを含めないと、1～2レベルかと思います。

Location was super easy to get to from Incheon airport, right next to a major bus stop. The room was huge (coming from Japan, felt like I was in a single bed apartment!) It was nice and quiet and clean. Great shower.

Nothing, I'd definitely stay here again.

Near train station and food places

Elevators took an unusually long time to come, seemed like only one elevator was working for the whole hotel.Rooms need to be deep cleaned, especially the carpets were very dirty.There were some areas such as the sink, shower and bathroom areas that needs some TLC.(cracks, stains, mold,etc)

位置很棒，地鐵出站不到3分鐘（9號還是8號出口有電梯），地鐵到機場也有直達。 公共設施充足，洗衣坊/微波爐/健身房/飲水機/磅秤⋯⋯都有。 房內配備110/220的插頭，插座是萬國型，無需再帶轉接插座，非常方便。 床中間偏軟但有支撐力，枕頭一顆軟一顆硬，我們碰到床就睡著了😌 櫃台英文很好，謝謝大半夜協助我們入住的小哥，服務很好，溝通第一名，忘記他的名字了。想跟他說You are awesome!

第一天反應保險箱無法使用，但沒有修好

Excellent location, good amenities in the hotel including vending machine, pool and gym. Wonderful views from restaurant at breakfast and great selection of options. Nice gift of welcome snacks and drinks. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

Breeze coming from window. Rooms need a deep clean and makeover, although I believe they are upgrading the hotel in June 2024. The carpet needed a good hoover and clean, made me feel uncomfortable. All in all, the room didn’t feel homely or clean enough to properly enjoy my stay. And as this was the 8th hotel on my trip, it didn’t come close to some of the other places I stayed, including a hostel in Myeondong which was nicer.

Thr design is trendy and modern, staff was very friendly and they even gave me an upgrade with view on Hongdae street

Would prefer more food options

The Property was clean and there was signage to the checkin desk. The person at the front desk helped us get checked in. Our family room with two beds was smaller than expected but had a great view and was clean, neat and stylish.

Nothing. I don’t know why people are complaining about the elevators. The timing on them was fine.

Location is great, hotel is modern

The check-in and concierge are located on the 21st floor and this is really silly as guests need to go up to ask a question or book a taxi, and get back down again. This has caused a congestion in the lifts and slows down everything. The windows are thin so eventhough our room is on 16th floor, we are woken up by sound of traffic every morning. I would suggest another hotel in Hongdae…. There are many options.

The position is wonderful! You can shipping in Hongdae area and get on subway right away to any where. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice.

But the sound of the traffic is quite loudly during night. It is relative accessible when considering their advantages.

advertised as business hotel with business hub but everything closed. there were empty rooms but we couldnt go in to have a 10 min meeting. cant charge to the room but need to pay instantly. they have no clue what is going on . on night 6 out of 8 there was a major water leak near the elevator. craziness.
