Our extended family of 16 people stayed and never once felt crowded. The living area was spacious and the house was extremely clean. We spent a ton of time on the first floor with all the games and pool.
I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone

The house was great for our large group. Location was right in the heart of everything and walkable to the beach. Pool was perfect and there were lots of pool and beach chairs and lots of fun games in the garage and outside.

We rented the house for our extended family. We were in Charleston for a nephew's wedding. The house definitely met our needs...very spacious, close to the beach, about 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. The management company was quick with responses to any questions/issues. The house is in need of some TLC. The pictures are certainly from at least 5 years ago. There is no "community" bathroom. You have to go into someone's bedroom to use a bathroom. All in all it met our needs and we had a great time!

This house is everything it was advertised and more. Great location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. All the amenities and space you could need. Will definitely book this house in the future.

We had the best time staying at this house for my bachelorette! Such a great house for a lot of people, enough space and bathrooms for a large party. We had the best long weekend! The perfect location to walk to the beach in the morning and then close proximity to great bars! 10/10 recommend.

Huge family room / kitchen area perfect for socializing. Great long table / comfy couches. Smart TV so we were able to connect a laptop via Bluetooth. Great game room / space in the garage to hang out. unfortunately it rained so we weren't able to use the pool, but we did see that someone came to the house to get the leaves out of the pool one day. equipped kitchen. Might want to bring some additional paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Loved how every room had it's own bathroom. Huge primary suite with large bathroom. Lots of stairs and elevator was sort of iffy so make sure your guests can do stairs before you book! Great walkable location! Literally right next to Acme Low Country Kitchen which had a phenomenal brunch. Beach totally walkable. Windjammer / other bars and shops walkable too. overall it was perfect for our girls getaway weekend and we had a blast!

The property was accurate “as advertised”. Location was convenient with walking access to dining. The lack of a main floor powder room was a little odd but we worked around it.

We booked this property for my bachelorette party and it was perfect. The host was very accommodating and responsive through the booking process and the week leading up to the trip. They were very flexible with allowing early check in and late check out for our group and sent lots of great information prior to check in, i.e. wifi password, management contacts, weekly lawn/pool cleaning schedule and much more. We only experienced one minor issue during our stay, the fuses in the bathrooms shorted one evening but the management team came to address it within the hour. Another huge plus was the elevator in the house. It made unloading luggage and groceries very easy!
The house is in a great location just one block from the public beach access. It is also very close to lots of amazing beach bars and restaurants. I would absolutely book this property again for another trip to Charleston. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful vacation spending time with family celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. We had a wide range of ages and found the property perfect for everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable time (there were 15 of us). The house is kept up well and had ample space for everybody. We enjoyed the large kitchen and rec room on the garage level. The proximity to the beach and restaurants/shopping made getting out really convenient. We had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying at this property again with a group that large.

We booked a stay for a family trip over Labor Day weekend, following Hurricane Idalia. We were able to check in early and the check in process was seamless. Communication with the property management group was quick- we ran into a slight issue of AC not working well on our first night, but they had multiple people out to fix it within 24 hours. We also had issues with debris in the pool following the storm that the property management group quickly addressed and had someone out the next morning to clean. The house had so many games, activities, etc. for the whole family and it was nice each bedroom had it's own private bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and the responsiveness of those taking care of us- highly recommend!

Our family loved the location and easy access to the beach, the pool with deck for lounging and the big living space for cooking big family meals. We'd definitely come back.

Some of the rooms looked a little tired and the roof deck needed maintenance and upkeep.
The top floor bedrooms were never comfortable and never got cool…… One of the top floor bedrooms there was no privacy because you had to walk through the room to get to the roof deck.
Would’ve been smart they had a few fans down in the first floor basement. And that space needed some more maintenance-upkeep.
Very under whelmed by the grill.

We loved our week at centrally located beach house! We were at the beach and the pool everyday. The house is a perfect location and was very well equipped! My family of sisters, brothers children and grandchildren loved our vacation house and are anxious to return!

House was very clean. 3rd floor common area and 1st floor gaming area with pool were perfect for our large group. Elevator was important to us and worked well. BRs were spacious and bedding was super comfortable. We will be back!

We had a large group in town to celebrate a milestone birthday. The weather was awful for the first 3 days, but we didn't mind because we had this beautiful house to stay in. We loved using the pool once the sun came out.
Everything on the property is so well thought-out and exactly as pictured. The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped, the tech is great, communications too. I highly recommend.

Sea Glass was an ideal family getaway for the 18 of us. There was plenty of room, plenty of games, game tables, and room around the pool. It also is well located, a couple of blocks from the beach, and near stores and restaurants. When the dishwasher broke, management was very responsive. Highly recommend.

This was the 14th trip for our college group for our annual reunion to the Charleston area and the first time we rented a house. This house was the perfect pick and we’ll definitely be back! It had plenty of room and entertainment between the pool, pool table, shuffle board and corn hole. Oh and the roof top deck is awesome!

We had the good fortune of staying in this beautiful house for a few days and it was amazing. We decided on a last minute trip for a mini reunion when we found out some old family friends were also going to be in town. We could only stay for a few days this time, but we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time. The owner and management team were very accommodating with our last minute rental.
The house was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. I especially loved the modern kitchen that was fully stocked! The house was very spacious and it was immaculately cleaned. There was plenty of room for all of us.
We loved the location too. It’s only a block away from the main street where there are shops, restaurants, and even a music venue. I heard there are outdoor concerts in the summer, so we will definitely be back for that. We ate breakfast at the Sea Biscuit one morning and it was a very good, southern breakfast. It was only a few minutes walk from the house.
Our only complaint is that we were only able to stay for a few days. Our next trip will be longer!

Our group enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sea Glass. We travel each year and truly enjoyed our visit this year to Isle of Palms. The home was very clean and each of our guests found the sleeping accommodations very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to enjoy our time cooking and catching up over great meals and a few bottles of wine. Both the homeowner and management company were very responsive and made sure our visit was exceptional. I highly recommend Sea Glass and look forward to our next visit to Isle of Palms.

We booked this house last minute because our beach home was not complete. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the sheer amount of cockroaches we had to kill during the few days we were there. I wasn't even comfortable letting my 8 month old crawl on the floor because a bug carcass got stuck to her the first day. They were in the bathrooms, the fridge, the washing machine, the cabinets, etc. Not OK.
Other than that, the location was good and the beds were plentiful. Get the bug problem under control and then we can talk.
