Excellent location - just opposite to the train station, and at the same time very quiet place. The quadruple room is not very big but somewhat comfortable. The house is very clean and has a very pleasant garden. Excellent breakfast!

It would be useful to provide diections to find the entrance. We went round the block twice before realising it was the unsigned, locked gate opposite the station.

Georgianna (not the owner but a member of staff) was great, really helpful and accommodating. Location is really great, station is literally 2 minutes from the station. It couldn't have been easier to get into Venice.

Having driven 10 hours to get to the hotel under the premise and that we had to pay an extra 30 euros for check in after 9pm, we arrived at 8:45pm to our host not at the hotel. We had to call the number provided, someone answered but with no reply. I then called again and someone else answered stating that they would be 10 minutes. When they arrived, the host was visibly drunk and stumbled towards the gate with no apology. He let us in and pointed at where we should park. He was then unable to check us in as he was unable to see our documents. On the second morning, the host was not there as he had been out the night before and there were no fresh breakfast options. There were also stains on the extra pillows on the bed.

Peaseful and beautiful large house and garden. Large room, large toilet and comfortably. Ricardo our host was friendly and always ensuring we had everything.. The hotel is next to the train station and 3mins fro bus stop, if you are heading to Mestre or Venice. I recomend this hotel & do wander around Mogliano, its very nice.

We had a wonderful experience, the property is right opposite the train station and it is very easy to get to Venice, 20 minutes by train. The cleanliness is a 10 plus, the breakfast, also, the hostess very sociable and friendly. Wonderful garden and terrace, perfect for relaxing moments. Thank you, Ricardo for a pleasant stay!

The property itself is stunning! The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do more for us. The location was great as the train station was literally at the end of the drive and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Venice.

Very nice classy italian style Villa. Comfortable beds and good breakfast.

We booked this accommodation because it had check in until midnight, however, after booking and marking that we will arrive between 23 and 00, they messaged us that it is late check in and that it is 20 EUR extra for check in after 21:00 o’Clock even tough it was nowhere stated. We have arrived at 21:40 and they charged us this 20 EUR extra although the regular staff was still there. Next day we have asked if we could leave our car in the yard for few hours to go to Venice by train, they said yes but it is 15 EUR extra (some lousy insurance excuse). We refused as it was clear that they want to rip you off wherever they can. Generally, not very welcoming staff.

The whole stay was amazing. The owner of the place was super friendly. Everything was amazing!

The breakfast was genuinely amazing. The bed was comfortable. If you search for a private garden where to walk, that's a plus side.

Arrived on time and waited outside in the cold for 10 mins. When the owner and a friend of him arrived, they looked a tipsy. The owner gave us a warm welcome. While showing us around, he tried to go arm in arm with my girlfriend. In the mean time his son arrived and they offered us a tasty glass of wine made in their vineyards. They tried to be nice and funny, but I only remember inside jokes on how the friend was a centenary uncle and too many details regarding their private jobs. The reason why I'm upset is not only the warm welcome with my girlfriend, but the expectations on the room that were obscenely unmet. The description of the room was "Hypoallergenic", I sneeze the entire night and there was a finger of dust on the curtain rods (I don't care that the rods have holes). The description of the room was "Soundproofing", you can actually hear everything and you have to walk on your tips to avoid shaking the walls. The worst is the title of the room. I waited 1 week to send this review to see if they were going to change the title/photos considering I provided feedback. In this B&B there is only 1 room available titled "Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath". In the description I can see this is included: "Bath or shower", "Spa bath", "Hot tub". The first photo when looking at the room details is a private spa with a big jacuzzi. The reason why I thought it was worth paying so much money for a room in a villa in front of a train station in Mogliano Veneto was the private SPA. 10 minutes after the check-in I went downstairs and gently asked the owner were was the misunderstanding. He answered that my room is the "Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath" because the standard size bath tube had hydromassage. I gently explained that from what it looks like on booking.com, it seems like the private spa with jacuzzi is part of that room. Owner looked at his son, son uncertain reaction, owner sweared to god.

Very kind host. He made for us gluten free cake for breakfast :) Vila has beautiful garden, everything was great.

Awesome place to stay in Venice area. Solid, well built Villa converted from a family home by excellent owner/manager Ricardo. Felt very comfortable and at home here. Large gated property with lots of trees and space. Super secure and quiet! Own door to outside garden area and table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with boiled eggs are fresh from family farm located nearby! Steps from Metro station easy to get to everything. Highly Recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience what life is like in Italy.

Property is very secure with two heavy duty metal gates. However, one evening, had trouble getting in when the front door wouldn't open (tried several times with key). Luckily was able to get in using a side sliding door that wasn't locked.

The owner was very nice and , the breakfast was verry good and the location near the train station was the best.

Great location close to the train station. perfect for trips to Venice and Treviso. Nice historical and quite building. the hospitality was great and we enjoyed the breakfast.
