Noch nie so nette Gastgeber erlebt, haben uns beiden ein kleines Gastgeschenk überreicht und viele gute Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment ist klein, aber liebevoll gestaltet und es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage könnte besser sein aber ist dennoch gut, man kann alles Wichtige fußläufig erreichen.
Für die Koffer war im Schlafzimmer kein Platz, diese mussten unten im Wohnzimmer aufbewahrt werden.

We were later than expected and the wonderful host and his wife were very understanding. When we finally arrived, we were met at the lovely apartment and made to feel right at home. The location in the historic centre was perfect, with small stores and dining establishments very close. In fact, the landlord supplied us with quite a quite a few helpful recommendations for eating and for discovering the city.
Even though it is in the historic centre, the apartment is very private and very quiet. Highly recommended. I look forward to returning.

The apartment was cosy and very close to main attractions.

First of all exquisite hospitality, small but refined space with all the necessary facilities and absolutely fabulous location, very close to the city center. Apartment is quiet and super safe. There is also a convinient parking space. Tutto perfetto!

The location was great for us.
The apartment is cosy and had everything we needed ,except an iron !! (Maybe we couldn't find it ?)

The hosts were absolutely amazing and the accommodation was fantastic!
The location is ideal if you have a car as it comes with a free parking spot in the property, only a 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The building is stunning and the flat has everything you might need! We loved our stay and we totally recommend it!

Probably we didn't meet a nicer host during our travels, everything was perfect! Apartment is large, stylish and well-equipped with private patio and parking. Great localization, city centre is just a short walk away.

1. If you arrive with a car- the location is ideal. The apartment is just on the border of the ztl and it has a private parking.
The area is quiet and nice. It's a 10 minute walk to piazza santo stefano (with restaurants, bars, shops and a nice Sunday market) and 15-20 minute walk to the two towers and city center.
2. Alessandra and Walther are amazing hosts, super nice, communicative and helpfull.
3. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is better than it looks in the photos.
1. It is not at the very center, so if you are not arriving with a vehicle and need the parking outside the ztl, you could probably look for a more central lodging.
2. It's a 2 story space with only one door/window so it could feel a little stuffy. We felt it mainly in the mornings when we woke up and it was pretty dark.

It starts with the welcome from Alessandra and Walther. Besides they are very nice people with whom we enjoyed the conversation, they ensured we have everything to experience the best of Bologna: from sites to art and food. Then the location itself is awesome, very clean with everything you need and no more 10 minutes far away of the main attractions.
As said, you have everything you need, like a coffee machine, coffee and even a bottle of wine. Maybe some extras which will not hurt, will be one umbrella and 2 special glasses for wine, but you have glasses anyway and arcades to cover you from the rain.

Mini Chic made our staying in Bologna even better. The apartment is beautiful and comfy, besides it's very well located.
But, the best of all is the hosts, the hospitality was amazing. An experience to never forget.

the place is nice, warm and enough for the three of us. it was close to almost everything and also to the bus station. Ale and Walt were really nice, they left us some presents and recommended us some good places and where to go and where to eat and drink.

The property owners were very lovely and accommodating. Very responsive to all our questions. It's in a great location and has free parking. It has a washer plus laundry detergent: so we were able to wash our clothes. The fridge came with a bottle of wine and water which is a nice welcome.
The only dislike was the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Great location, excellent advise from host what to see and do and eat in town. Apartment is small but all facilities are there . Parking is private! Great shower. Very friendly host. Apartment very quiet.

The place is right in the middle of action, but when you go inside you are in this quiet and cozy place.
The parking spot is excellent and a must if you are by car.
The lack of windows could count as a minus, but not really.

The owners are super friendly. They gave us a warm welcome and nice tips. They presented us waters, a bottle of wine and a poster. The flat is very nice and clean. It comes with a nice private parking lot. Location is only 15 min on foot to the main square.

Everything!! Especially our hosts, Alessandra and Walther! We were unlucky enough to have all of our belongings stolen on the way to Bologna on the day of our check in at the studio, and Ale and Walt helped us to get a police report, even helping us to access funds. We would have been stranded without them. The studio is perfect, a short walk to the very centre of Bologna and so clean. And it has a free secure carpark!!! Just book it, don't hesitate. Ale and Walt - we can't thank you enough and we look forward to welcoming you in Australia!!

Very nice hosts, no problem with communication, they adviced where to go to eat or what to visit. Location of the place 15min walk from the centre, near to the shop, safe neighbourhood. Definetly recommended
the bed was too soft but this is just my personal opinion.
becouse there are no windows the place feels a little bit dark with no much natural light (only through glass doors)
