2nd time here It has everything you could possible need for a family getaway

The place had a really bad odour that was there our whole stay Smelt like really bad BO that lingered throughout the house

The instruction from the host was very clear. There was no hassle to get the keys, operate the air conditioner and watch TV etc. The rooms were clean. The house was well located, close to the shopping centre, go karting and hot air balloon. Most of the activities or gardens were a short distance drive. The welcome wine and chocolate were a bonus. In winter, the fireplace was amazing, but the wood was burned out so quickly. The host nearly provided everything you need, like detergent, tea and express coffee capsules. Can use the swimming pool if it's in summer.

The BBQ should be cleaned. The portal clothes hanger could be replaced. It was usable, but it was hard to hook the two pieces together. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and I couldn't get it to the flat status.

It was lovely, everything we needed.

Pool could have been heated.

Property is beautiful, perfect for 3 couples. Well equiped kitchen and the pool was a real bonus!

The house was beautiful. Facilities and presentation A1 we had a very special weekend away. Beds super comfortable and the pool a wonderful bonus. Location to Hunter Valley was great with lots of options close by in Cessnock also. 10/10. Thank you Kate 😊

Everything, as always! Kate is such a lovely host, this is my 3rd or 4th stay and it won't be my last.

Nothing to fault

beautiful home for our family holiday sun flooded the house everyday high ceilings which I love, very spacious kitchen supplied with more than just the basics, loved having a selection of platters and bowls for dining kids loved having all the equipment needed for their baking the place was clean and tidy I thought I would have to wipe shelves down before using storage but it was free of dust kids loved the pool everything exceeded my expectations communication was great, owners very helpful check in easy soo happy all the little extras with the wine n chockies toiletries was amazing best location central to shops and local attractions loved our stay would definitely do it again highly recommend

nothing major although all linen and pillows and blankets provided were more than adequate pillows just a little too high for my liking would have been perfect to have maybe a few smaller pillows but this is only a personal preference not a complaint and maybe a dust control mop to keep the place tidy because of the hardwood floors or a vacuum
