Nice view from balcony

Apartment was very old, dirty and destroyed, very bad cleaning, beach was also in terrible condition - we can not recommend to stay there definitely

Excellent location with a great view. Nice beaches and pools. Felt very safe. Very friendly and responsive host and staff. Good value. Had everything you’d need for a great stay.

Ideally, they’d add a microwave. The walk / climb to the main building may be a bit steep for some people.

Spacious apartment, good location

They can improve the looks of all the apartment, its a good bet , but they have to take care of it. Everything looks "used", tv didnt turn on, water filtrations present, couldnt use the bathroom because of some water problem.

No Pool towels. Both pools were very dirty.

The location is fantastic, with great views and a wonderful swimming pool.

No cleaning was provided in a 5 day stay. The air conditioning wasnt working and when turned on flooded the apartment. Despite several requests to maintenance this was not fixed.

Apartments with amazing views from the balcony. The complex has its own beautiful 2 beachech, pools, restaurant. Its good to have car when visiting this place, as its further from other beautiful beaches in Samana. Totally reccomend staying here.

Stunning view, wonderful communication with the host, spacious apartment, super comfy beds.

Cutlery, glasses and plates had stains; no beach towels; no clothes drying rack. This was the most expensive accommodation we booked in the DR and we expected a better maintained place for the price.

When i arrived to the apartment it has a little bad smell but its okay and the restaurant doesnt have many options in the menu, we hope next time they can fix this

view from room and the restaurant and pool is amazing - we saw many whales! the pool is great, restaurant is much better than the reviews say - it is a bit expensive but we liked it.

the beach is not the best. Not exactly clean, quite big waves.

a few things in the apartment need fixing (shower head, pipe pressure, fridge, etc., the gym is quite old and hours are restricted )only after 9am)

as expected, the position is fantastic. This is a huge complex with many different buildings and rooms but sparse on a huge area and all with magnificent view on the ocean. The terrace of our room (but of all the rooms from what I can see) is very good, illimited view, nice sun-beds, and the details of the complex are well studied: the parking lots are with precise numbers, the air con separate between the rooms, the nice ceiling-fans, the big shower in the bathroom....everything was studied in the details, so in THEORY the place is really a 5 star residence

everything could be perfect...and it is not. Is is easy to see the the rooms need maintenance...strong maintenance. The kitchen has glasswere and plates of many different types mixed, and it is was not very clean in general. The bathroom has the towels holders detached from the walls, and breaking parts in different walls, one of the ceiling fan was not working, in the living room there was sand in different corners left from probably previous clients and not cleaned well, the beach is private and beatifull, with sun beds, sun umbreallas and everything...but nothing is kept well, everything is dirty or a bit broken...the project was perfect but everything look very used and a bit run-down.....I hope this is due to the difficult time of COVID so they are loosing money and cannot keep up with a normal standard, probably they do not have enought staff or they have managers that do not care much. But honestly with this kind of run-down situation on the details, this is a 5 star from outside but a 3 star hotel inside. We have been in a couple of other 4 stars hotel in Rep Dom, and they are much more perfect in the details, and cleaner. Moreover, the staff here at the restaurant was very grumpy and busy in talking between themselves more than pay attention to the clients, and too many of them (including some of the people in the office) do not speak english......everywhere in the world a 4 star or more hotel have staff speaking in english, at least staff dealing with clients every day.

Good situation and good bed.

When we arrived, the sink of the bathroom was not usable because there was no pipe below it so that the water flowed on the ground. No mixing valve on this sink, so your clothes get wet when you use it. The shower was clogged and the water didn’t flow properly. The TV of the living room is broken there is a big line in the middle of the screen, the TV of the room doesn’t work properly and there is no explanation on how to use it. The apartment wasn’t so clean when we arrived. The first morning we had no hot water for the shower. In the kitchen, only one knife provided so if you’re are several people… No basic goods provided like shower gel (only shampoo and conditioner), no washing-up liquid, etc… Definitely not worth the price. Very disappointed

Whole resort is beatiful. Swimming pools, private beach, the restaurant.. we enjoyed it so much. The ocean view from our terrace was absolutely amazing!
