Clean and Comfortable. Good location.

Lack of air conditioning and dishwasher for the money paid. The front door presents a potential security problem. The lock screws into the door are loose and unable to be tightened. The knobs and lock are very wobbly. The door itself is very flimsy and is splitting. Garbage disposal instructions are not up to date.

Clean. Great location. Had everything we needed.

No light on steps to first floor. Could do with a sensor light.

Bathroom is quite small but perfectly adequate

there was no light as you were coming up the stairs to the unit. also the wooden sliding door that leads to the bedrooms is very noisy it may need fixing or wd40 on it

Very central for a reunion we were having based at the RSL club which is only 100 meters away. The beach if you wanted it was only 100 meters away as well. Full facilities for everything

Parking is offstreetbut spaces are tight.

The location is one of the best in Sawtell... across from the beach and one street back from the main street with beautiful cafes and bakeries.

No air conditioning... not that we needed it because the temperature was mild during our stay, but on hot days, it would have been uncomfortable.

Cracked and chipped crockery General dirtiness of building exterior, stairwell etc (not unit) Broken concrete, stairwell light not working, body corporate are doing a poor job
