The staff were accommodating, convenient as close to shops, restaurants and the train station.

There was a bit of moldly/dirt in the pillow on the one of the rooms we stayed at and the fridge was not turned on when we got there. Would be nice if it was on as we had some food and drinks that needed to be in the fridge.

Very near the train station and bus terminal. I really like that there is a water cooler in the lobby. Room wasn't that old. Aircon's temperature can be set individually. Able to get an extra pillow.

No explanation regarding amenities bar nor welcome drink. Hallway of room was cramp and squeezy. No hand soap at sink. Wifi connection drops sporadically.

Great access to Shimizu rail station. Renovated clean room.

It was raining when i arrived early with nowhere to go. Conceirge allowed me to check in slightly earlier once the room was ready. It is super close to Shimizu station (good seafood at shimizu port)

Room is small, but you get what you pay for. Place was clean and nice with all the necessary amenities.

Staff was very kind and accommodating, they let us leave our bags in the morning since we were going elsewhere. The hotel is very close to the station. There is free coffee and water at the lobby. All the basic toiletries are provided in the room.

The room can feel cramped and old but overall I think the place is decent.

the location is so nice for accsess to train station, as well as walk and eat.

parking eria is difficult to know.
