- Convenient and flexible check-in system. - Apartment location. Located near the old town, main train station and the hospital (I was visiting someone there). There is a shop just around the corner with all the essentials. - Good air conditioning, nice cool living spaces to escape the heat. - Good fridge space, washing machine, microwave and hob for cooking - Shower was ok - the head of the shower was a bit tricky but decent pressure and temperature control - Plenty storage space for clothes - there were 5 of us there and we didn't struggle with space.

- Wifi is really bad, 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands are both really slow - web pages not loading or timing out. - Oven didn't work, queried the host on the same, who said someone would have to come and demonstrate. No one ever arrived despite me asking, we eventually figured it out ourselves. - There was a really bad musty smell in the bathroom and back balcony when we arrived. It seemed to disappear after a day of us being in the apartment, presumably through us using the place though it came back every few days for a few hours or so - Not enough sockets or lamps in the rooms, plugs on lamps were damaged and not working (maybe it was the bulbs also). Some of the sockets didn't work. - Bathroom door doesn't lock - No toiletries provided though cited in facilities

Apartment Casa de Rossi is on a great location in Bari. We are family of 4 and used it as a base for visiting Puglia - for us apartment was more than enough, over-equipped to some instance even (it has all types of kitchen gadgets, kitchenware, iron, hair dryer, high chair for kids and a bunch of other equipment). Apartment is clean, beds are comfortable, there are toiletries provided. Very good experience. Don't want to put this into 'did not like' section as it really did not bother us, but just heads-up - apartment does not have a living room - both rooms are bedrooms which might be an issue for travelers that would like to stay for a longer periods of time or groups that would like to hang-out in a common area.

Internet - router died on our second day and was not repaired until we left. Fortunately, we did not spent much time in the apartment during the day. Garage/parking - there is absolutely no chance to find a parking spot without spending 45 min to an hour circling around. There is a small private-garage nearby (2 min walk) but they will charge you 20 to 25 EUR for a stay, depending on a car size. Try a public garage near Bari University - if you stay overnight price will be the same but if you plan to go in and out more frequently this is a better solution as you will pay per hour. This garage is some 5 min walk away from the apartment.

- the self-checkin system is very convenient, very helpful person on the phone who gave us all the necessary assistance - the cleanliness was perfect - great location, 5 minutes from the historic center - a very large apartment, equipped with everything you need

- the owner should think that checkout at 10 a.m....ok...but it's not ok that the cleaning person rang the doorbell at 9.30... - the interior doors, including those on the balconies, have problems with the locking system and are almost non-existent from the point of view of sound isolation...the luck is that the street is very quiet at night - quite cold at night during our stay, we didn't have the possibility to warm up, the air conditioners do not work for heating - minor problems with hot water in the shower...there is no possibility to hang your towels in the bathroom - two bedrooms each with TV, only one of them functional

Very clean apartment having all you could possibly need. Spacious and well located, easy walking distance to the old part of Bari and the shops.

Spacious, bright and clean rooms. All rooms have balconies. Large beds, comfortable mattresses. Modern, spacious and clean bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen (including a welcome surprise) Special thanks to the host who greeted us warmly and was very helpful.
