-location, about 5 minutes of walking close to Palas -electronics and furniture fine -block of flat is really fine, it has two elevators and a guardian at the entrance -staff ok, you can pay with the credit card there

-on the balcony, the glass of the window was broken -i have receive no clothing for the sleeping blanket -i have found a bug on the washing machine -the door from the shower bath was broken -i would prefer to have a table and a chair in the room

The apartment was clean, with new, modern furniture, the bed was cosy.

My biggest dissapointnent is related to the central heating of the apartment. It must be the first, very first time that i see someone which is having a home heating unit which is also having a thermostat and the Thermostat is tied directly next to the radiator...it is wide known that a Thermostat must be placed in a neutral area of the apartment where it can measure temperature in the entire area. The thermostat here was placed 10 cm away from the radiator...the heater kept turning off very constantly. I woke up very cold at 05:00 AM due to the heating unit being turned off since the temperature arrived to thermostat level in 40 min. The Thermostat also was eqquiped with a block setting....for economy purposes by the owner...could not raise the heating setting higher than 27 degrees. Being near to the radiator this threshold was reaches quite fast. I have also.included a picture so that you realize how close it was. The rest of the apartment was ok, however the T.V did not have a remote with batteries. The batteries were not working. The location...this is in some kind of secluded area situated. After 10:00 P.m in the evening there are absolutely no non-stops shops located in the vecinity of the area...and by this i mean i walked in a blizzard 20 min to find something opened in order to get a water bottle. I was in luck with a drink shop but other than that nothing. I have nothing with Aparthotels, visited quite some and are good alternatives...but for this time i would recommend a hotel better.

there is no wifi, the sockets are very high and uncomfortable, a tiny piece of soap in the bathroom, the bed is not made, the duvet cover is separate from the blanket, after a long hard road I was unpleasantly surprised. it is clear that the dealers do not particularly bother. the manager sent me the wrong google geotag, and I got lost. no breakfast. Not recommend.

1st apartment was invaded by cockroaches 🦗😱 all came from the bathroom to all the other rooms, was horror 2nd apartment was clean and new and safe, but very cold, no heating at all 🥶

The internet not was working, hot water was missing!
