Great location close to many wonderful pleces. In 4 days we have been visiting : Pisa, all the 5 terre’s towns, Portovenere, Lerici, San Minato al monte, Certaldo, Volterra, San Giminiano, Levanto, Bonassola and few more I forgot the name because those was really too much and the sea close there in Marina di Massa is nice too. Private parking in front of the door. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen with everything you need.

The host was great and very kind. It really helped changing a holiday that started horribly into a great one. We'll come back for sure if we decide to stay in marina di massa again!

The train passes from time to time nearby. Others guests could be noisy during night.

Very good communication. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and spacious. Wifi worked well, free parking available. The stay is 7 min drive to the seaside, the parking at the beach is cheap (0.75 € in 2020) or even for free. Lots of free beaches in the area

The road to the property is narrow and the directions of google maps are inaccurate, better ask for indications from the hosts in advance. The place is outdated (old kitchen appliances and kitchen ware), but everything works in perfect order.

The house is fantastic. Maurizio and Monia are really nice hosts. The kitchen facilities and WiFi were excellent.
