Great staff but let down by the hotel facilities. Nice views but no terrace.

Restaurant / bar was full of tobacco smoke. Rooms were pretty small and there was quite a bit of noise from outside. Dogs barking at night and construction noise.

The view from the restaurant was amazing! It was very clean and the staff was always ready to come to our help. The room was very comfortable and it felt like it lacked nothing. I’m very satisfied!

The only thing that was a problem, I already gave feedback for. I asked for a new bed sheet during the night and the receptionist couldn’t help us, because he didn’t have the key to the laundry room. I’m sad I couldn’t make it to the sauna and the fitness room, but it was because of us not being able to go, not because it wasn’t put on our disposition. I hope I get to enjoy it next time! :)

The hotel is clean, the staff is very nice, and the breakfast is great. Especially the coffee (which you have to order from the bar, btw). They even had room service on New Year's Eve, which was a life-saver (and the food was delicious).

The room was advertised as mountain view but actually had a rather narrow view of another object nearby that was completely blocking our view. Not a big deal, but not as advertised + you can see that the photos of the room intentionally leave out the window.
