We liked the location, a nice little walk to the wonderful Cemaes Bay High Street. The neighbours were friendly. The house was nice, large rooms. The water pressure shower wise was excellent. We were warned that the side gate had come off. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There is a drive. When you are packing a car ahead of a massive storm , that is amazingly convenient.

The key lock is nearly on the floor and not in the door way, an unusual location. We all had problems getting down to it and once opened, the little door fell off and we had trouble getting it back. The first coat hook fell off the wall completely when the dog lead was put on it. It was freezing. I’ve been ill and was voting to leave for the first hour. Eventually found the boiler, it’s in a different/separate part of the house outback. We were leaving at the end of the week, when we found the welcome booklet, it’s in the back of the dining room. The walls are paint patched, the noise downstairs is the fridge. The mantelpiece isn’t fully fixed to the wall, my mum only touched it and gave the warning and none of us went near after that. The mattress in our room was very comfortable but noisy, you dreaded turning over. The shower door did not close until my husband fixed it. It’s a holiday home that feels like it’s had a very tough life. Oh no towels, not mentioned that I could find on booking.com, though stated on Sykes. There’s no towels folks, bring some. There was a hand towel and tea-towels.

Vaatwasser stuk, wifi moeilijk aan de praat, cv installatie was uitgeschakeld, alle manuals waren verdwenen, hier en daar vuiligheid niet opgeruimd etc

Great location. Really comfy. Perfect for our needs, had a fab holiday.

Shower had little power especially if using both at same time. Found the front door was temperamental to lock.

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac within easy walking distance (for able-bodied people) of the lovely village, beach and harbour. There is a lot of space in the house and garden, the rooms are a good size, two bathrooms is a plus with loads of (very) hot water and overall the property was very clean and well equipped. TV and wi-fi worked well when we figured them out and we even got the dishwasher to work when we realised the plug socket was at fault and used an extension lead to another socket.

The beds and duvets weren't the best - the mattresses and pillows are well past their use-by date. The curtains are much too thin for a well lit area - we had to rig up blackouts using the two black fleeces provided. Not having cot bedding and towels provided is a pain (though there is now an almost new cot sheet as we forgot to bring it home!).

Spacious and adequate for 3 couples. Good location within a few minutes easy walking to the centre of Cemaes.

The owner did text before our departure to say that the new tv was not connected to Sky and we took it to mean that only Sky programmes would not be available. On arrival we found the tv did not work at all. As the weather was very wet and windy, and the wedding of Princess Eugene was taking place during our stay, having no tv was a big disappointment.
