If you are a couple looking for somewhere to stay in the heart of Grassington then this place cannot be beaten. Yards away from the iconic market square (indeed feet from the Black Horse pub) there are walks and refreshments on your doorstep. The studio flat makes absolutely most of the space so it feels more roomier than it should and if the weather is good has a small terrace overlooking the shared garden. Will definitely return at some point.

We only spent 4 nights there. Be warned too you will need to park away from the flat.

Charming and very cosy and comfortable loft, upper part of the quaint little cottage, furnished to a very high standard, with everything you could possibly need. Just as the pictures show, right in the heart of the gorgeous village of Grassington. I had a great stay there and felt right at home, Thank you so much! (I did not meet the host, e-mail communication was fine. The keys were in a little box with a code). Several bus stops close.

Maybe the sofa´s best days are over ..

With a brilliant location in the heart of the village, the studio is perfect for two. It’s beautifully presented and very clean. I also liked the idea of the separate dressing/utility room as it kept the main room tidy. There are plenty of plates, cutlery etc and lots of hangers for your clothes (I hate it when you go somewhere and there’s only 6 in the wardrobe!) The host was lovely, giving me a fantastic recommendation for a meal for our silver wedding anniversary we were celebrating while we were there. We loved Grassington and if we stay again, would most certainly stay here if it was available.

Everything. Grassington is a fantastic place to relax. Lottie’s Loft is right at the center of the village, close to pubs, shops, various walking trails and the local bus stop. Close to the river! It is exceptionally cozy, private and specious ( especially for a single traveler). Good Wi-Fi , clean .

Nothing

Lottie's Loft is a delightful place very near to the centre of Grassington. It is quite small but ideal for a couple and maybe a baby. The loft is well equipped with cutlery, dishwasher etc and is very well prepared. Sue, gave excellent instructions on accessing the flat and was very friendly. Parking can be an issue but we managed to find space on the marketplace. In future we would park on the large carpark after decamping the luggage, it's just a short walk and very reasonably priced for overnight. I currently have mobility issues so it wasn't an option. There is a small table to sit outside and a larger area at the bottom of the stairs. I was itching to prune the potted plants that need a little bit of TLC. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Please be very careful when descending the stairs they are very steep. I negotiated the climb and it wasn't a problem even with my stick. However, my husband got up in the night, didn't use the bedside table torch ( one at each side) was quite disoriented and very nearly fell down the stairs. We thought that maybe a safety gate at the top would be a good idea for night time and use the torches. As mentioned parking can be an issue but it is a popular place. The chip shop next door is ok , however, if you're sitting outside when they're open you can smell the cooking if you have a sharp pl P PKsense of smell. The shower gel in a glass bottle is a nice touch but I was frightened of dropping it with slippery hands. Nothing was too big a deal but I try to be constructive. Lottie's Loft is a really nice place to spend a few days.

Beautiful apartment, lovely subtle Christmas decorations (Christmas/new year break) absolutely everything you could need, and was very comfortable and peaceful in a fantastic location
