The location and outlook were beautiful. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. Paul came to say hi and shared his story of the property history.

Breakfast was good the home baked bread was awesome. The reverse cycle heater worked well, and putting heater on early enough to get house up to temperature. the location was very quite, surrounded by vines. and close to many wineries and McLaren vale main street a few minuets away.

The wife would have liked a light over the bathroom mirror for applying makeup we took the mirror down and stood in the kitchen so she could see better. All the house lights are compact fluro which arnt very bright swapping to LED's would be better. i like it bright i know some people dont. and the wood fire was virtually useless, but he did warn us about that. The water was off due to works on Binney RD for a few hours on Saturday. Slight inconvenience.

Beautiful views of the neighbouring vineyards.The owner was very amenable, gave us some good recommendations on nearby wineries. Home made bread and extras for breakfast was a delight.

Hosts friendly & informative. Location was lovely, cottage a little quirky but nice.

Unfortunately there was at least one mouse in the cottage. First spotted in one of the bedrooms which meant that sleep was disrupted.

Peppermint farm cottage is a very lovely cottage set at the end of a driveway surrounded by a vineyard. Walking into the cottage immediately makes you feel like you're on holiday. What an absolute gem of a restored building which is more than you expect and the perfect place to relax either after a busy day wine-tasting, or just to simply get out of the city for a moment to recharge.

Beautiful historic building. Well off the road and nestled between vineyards. spacious on the inside with all amenities needed.

Very comfortable and as advertised in a central part of the McLaren Vale vineyards. Paul, the host was very response and we would recommend if you wanted a cottage with old world charm.

Easy access, cosy and warm, provisions were good. Paul was a great host, helping with a coupla small things

Right in the middle of wine country, the perfect location to explore McLaren vale wineries. This is actually located amongst the vineyards so you cant get any closer. Down the road one of the family vineyards has a cellar door and great atmosphere. We were not far from town only 5 min really, but loved the seclusion from noise and city streets. The restoration on the cottage is immaculate and takes you back to the feel of living the country life, while providing the modern amenities that we come accustomed to . We will be back, hopefully not too distant future, great experience and helpful hosts

The location was just beautiful. Everything in the cottage was well thought out. The breakfast was just beautiful with so many options. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed.
