Lovely apartment fully equipped for a family stay. The private swimming pool with a great view of the sea and the small garden gave a sense of comfort and privacy. The washing machine was a great help.
The location between villages near the beach and close to everything. Lots of great Tavernas to choose from. Supermarket near by.
The only drawback is that you have to have a car to get in and out of the property.

If your looking for peace quiet and privacy look no further it’s absolutely fabulous here but the two Jewels here are Antonia and petros who will go above and beyond to make sure of a great holiday will definitely return here

The location was in the middle of the island so easy to travel to the north and south. However you will need to hire a car for ease.
Several things wrong with the property. The owners tried to rectify issues, however it spoilt our break as it was one little thing after another. Plus, on leaving they wanted us to strip our own beds, move rubbish etc. We paid a lot of money for a higher standard villa and on our previous holidays we have never been asked to strip our own beds!

WiFi ei toiminut pyynnöistä huolimatta. Ongelma ollut ilmeisesti jo pidemmän aikaa. Ötököitä keittiössä. Sain itse myrkkyttää huoneiston Raidilla ja sen jälkeen siivota kuolleet hyönteiset pois. Pidimme ruokatarvikkeet jääkaapissa. Huoneistossa ei ollut keittiössä kuin astiat ja ruokailuvälineet. (patalaput, pannunalustat, leivinpaperi, tiskiaineet yms. puuttuivat). Allasalueella väliseinä rikottu mutta korjaamatta. Yksityisyys puuttui allasalueelta. Vain autoillen pääsee alueelta pois. Yllätys oli melkoinen kun kesken viimeisen iltapäivän omistaja ilmoittaa tulevansa tarkastamaan huoneiston, kun lähtömme oli seuraavana aamuna klo 8. Luvattu Netflix toimi vain satunnaisesti kun myös WiFi. Televisioon ei myöskään pystynyt peilaamaan kännykkää. WC jäi vuotamaan. Lähdön jälkeen tuli pari viestiä joissa pyydettiin arvioimaan kohde viidellä tähdellä, kun kyseessä on perheyritys. Mielelläni arvioin kohteen itse oman kokemukseni perusteella. Annan kohteelle kolme tähteä.

We liked everything. To have our swimming pool was excellent. The view from the house was beautiful. Own kitchen was superb.

Overall our stay was great. We rented a car so the location was perfect for us as it meant it was not too far to drive to the various places we wanted to visit (e.g. north to Rhodes town or south to Lindos). The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The communication with Antonia was brilliant and she was very helpful.
There was a small ant issue in our kitchen, but we didn't mention it while we were there so we do appreciate that we did not provide the opportunity for this to be addressed (in any case, as we were travelling with young children, we wouldn't have wanted any type of pest poison used while we were there).
It would be great if basic items like dish soap would be provided.

מיקום מצוין. חצי שעה משדה התעופה, חצי שעה מפארק המים וחצי שעה מלינדוס.

La suite era veramente molto carina, la prima che ci avevano assegnato non era adeguata, ma una volta fatto presente ci hanno cambiato alloggio. Staff molto disponibile, pulizia eccellente e letti veramente comodi
Consiglio una tenda sul terrazzo per poter fare colazione vista mare, purtroppo il sole era troppo forte e l’ombrellone non ombreggiava il mattino, quindi non si è mai potuto fare colazione all’esterno.

The villa was spotless and had a beautiful pool with lots of privacy. Antonia was so helpful and welcoming. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend Kolymbia Villagd.

It was better than we expected , we were made very welcome upon our arrival and shown around our accommodation . The pool was fantastic, so lovely to be able to have a dip before and after a day out, the kids loved it and so did the adults. There was everything you needed air conditioning was in all the main rooms and it worked brilliantly , the washing machine was a bonus, therefore not loads of washing when we got home. There are some wonderful places to eat close buy and the beach isn’t far. The view was amazing and we hope to return next year. I would say get a hire car as due to the location you would need one. We love to explore so it was great to be able to jump in the car and get on to the main road straight away. Would definitely recommend to holiday here.

Amazing staff who were so welcoming, particularly Mr Petros who upgraded our suite! Great facilities too and very spacious. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had lots of useful appliances such as a kettle, toaster, small oven, large fridge/freezer. We had our own pool which made our stay extra special! Anything we needed, we just sent a WhatsApp and it was answered immediately. Late checkout was available with a fee. You will need a car if you’re staying here.
The air conditioning unit wasn’t strong enough for the size of the suite. It may have been faulty but a second one is needed to ensure the whole room is kept cool.

The location is superb. On a hill top within easy reach of the north-south highway. Apartment was spacious and very well laid out. It came with its own private pool, outside dining area and sun loungers. The staff were always available to answer any questions or help us with anything we needed. All rooms were fully air-conditioned. There was also off-road parking for our hire vehicle. If we could go back tomorrow, we'd be on the next flight out of the UK!

We asked for a unit whose pool is very close to the house so that we can keep an eye on the children and our request was answered immediately even before our arrival.
The unit consists of two bedrooms and a living room with 2 sofas that open into beds.
Only one TV unit.
The unit includes two bathrooms and toilets, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen.
At check-in we received a basket with 5 personal water bottles, two rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher capsules, we were told that there is an extra charge if extras are needed.
The location for us was excellent although you need a car to get around easily (there is a supermarket 5 minutes away).
There were WIFI disconnections during our stay and the owner apologized for this and explained that there was a regional problem.
The place is highly recommended!
I did not like that it was required to take out the electricity card when leaving the unit.

Second time visiting kolymbia villas, I absolutely love it here, the staff are really friendly make you feel welcome, if you need anything nothings to much trouble. I love the privacy of the pool and the complex is really clean, will definitely stay there again.. next time I need to brave driving as you definitely need a car when staying here.

The location was beautiful, our villa was perfect, and Antonia was an absolute dream. Kolymbia is the perfect place to stay as it is close to some incredible beaches, a nice strip, and a half an hour drive from both Lindos and the Old Town. Be sure to visit Symi island - you will not be disappointed.

The location felt private and secure, idealy located to visit places of interest as kolymbia Village is centrally placed on the east coast. The staff were extremely helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat and even reserved a table on the sea front.

Apartments were clean and comfortable. The pool was a good size and well maintained. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom which was quieter than the two bedroom we booked. the owner and staff were very helpful.
wifi does not function well. make sure to ask for a cell router which they have.

Private pool and privacy in general, location was in the middle of the road that connects Lindos and Rhodes making it easy to travel to most locations in Rhodes.
There was nothing bad about the property. Stayed at the beginning of May and the pool was cold, this was a negative point but the weather was overcast and raining here and there so not a lot of blame on the property for this. Great value for money!

The villas were set out in a way that allowed for privacy. Plenty of space with great facilities. Petros and his team were very friendly and even helped out with an awkward transfer.

The apartment in main was nice, furniture quite new, next to villa was parking place
im traveling very often as well as booking hotels and apartments and never could imagine that l need to take with me toilet paper, sounds funny...so here l had to.
Another thing that after check out you have to clean bed-linens and put them on a laundry box same as towels, kitchen towels.
on your side dear villa owner l would provide cleaning services at least once in 3 days.

besides to that when we entered in villa it was dirty, full of women hair everywhere and dust.
the lady sitting in reception should be fired in my opinion, completely incompetent, rude, not able to explain basic information, always rushing just no words.
seems like she is a mother of owner maybe and he just wants to save money instead of hiring professional stuff

The Villa was clean, great air con, good WiFi, well equipped. Super comfortable large beds.
Large outdoor space, good size pool. Great view over the mountains and nicely landscaped.
washing machine & dishwasher were handy.
No basic complimentary cleaning equipment provided on arrival, eg washing up liquid, cloths.
Pool was all one depth in our Villa. A little too deep for easy access if not a strong swimmer like myself.
shower head was poor.
All exterior lights to our front door weren’t working unless the key was in the inside key slot which made it tricky to see when we came home late.

A beautiful villa with private parking and a large pool that gives good value for money and enhances the experience of the place.
The wifi in the place is really not good and it is almost impossible to get a reasonable speed (this is especially important when the cellular signal there is not good either). There is only one TV in the living room, none in the bedrooms. Also, they could provide additional products that would make the stay in the place easier, such as dish soap, more toilet paper, trash bags, and so on.

Fantastic stay. A beautiful location, spacious, clean well-equipped private units run by a friendly and helpful team. Having your own private pool really makes this place. Everything you could need for a great holiday, including good air conditioning (much appreciated in August). All of the units have lovely balconies or patios - as you are on a small hill they all have good views either to the mountains nearby or the sea. Kolymbia village is also in a good location for exploring the island - definitely rent a car.
