Ein großzügig bemessenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, schöne Aussicht, nächtliche Ruhe trotz der nahen Hauptverkehrsstraße, gutes WLAN, sehr nette Leute, ein wirklich gutes Frühstück - das ist doch schon sehr viel, was man sich nur wünschen kann! Und der kleine Balkon war gar nicht avisiert. Der Bus vom Salzburger Hauptbahnhof hält quasi direkt neben dem Haus.

In anderen Hotels mit vergleichbaren Preisen gibt es meist noch andere Pflegeprodukte als nur den Seifenspender, aber erwarten muss man das letztlich nicht.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung sehr gut. Betten waren sehr gut und es war sauber.

Personal war bis auf eine schwarzhaarige Dame extrem " Maulfaul" und spiegelten nicht wirklich Freude an ihrer Arbeit wieder. Gastronomie kann herausfordernd sein, aber wer darauf keine Lust hat sollte einen Job ohne Kundenkontakt anstreben. Die Mimik der Angestellten war einfach nur zum weglaufen. Überforderung weil an dem Abend ein " Konzert" war? Möglich, aber das war leider unserer Eindruck. Schade ich kenne die Österreicher ganz anders..positiver.

Schönes Familienzimmer, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich.

The room was clean and there was a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was great with a great variety of food to choose from.

There was nobody at the reception desk when we arrived. We waited quite a long time there. Eventually we reached out to somebody from the restaurant to give us info we needed. We had a room for 4 with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It was short and the part below the head was tilted.

Breakfast was the average European spread: hard boiled eggs, bread and jam, some yoghurt, fruit, etc.

On the hotel website, in English, it was written that they had a wellness area, as well as an outdoor and indoor playground, in case of rain. The outdoor playground was an empty sandbox and two plastic broken seats for children to ride on. It actually was raining when we got there, however the indoor playground turned out to be part of the restaurant, which was closed. So that didn't work. And as for the wellness center, there was absolutely nothing at all. Moreover, when we arrived we were greeted by an electronic pad which played the same small amount of information in a loop. We tried calling the phone number which they had left in case of any questions, but it was hours before someone finally answered. In the end, at around 8:30pm, after denying that their website said anything about a wellness centre even though I read it to him, the owner suggested "that if we wanted a wellness centre and playground, we were welcome to go to another hotel." Unfortunately, with children of 2 and 5 years old, that was pretty much out the question.

There is a restaurant on site where we could order food after travel.

It was on a good location near to the tolway. Good communication online and the diner was (okay) not special but okay. a 6 or are 7.

The rooms were really not clean, lot of spiders on the ceiling. pillows were not good. Noisy hallway. No shampoo kit or showering gel in the badroom only hand soap. Really simple breakfast arrangement. On the website they show you the main gasthof with the nice balcony's but in real life the put you in a other building. The pictures on the website don't reflect the real situation.

No fridge or mini-fridge in the room. The pillows are too soft to sleep on.

It was near the places we wanted to visit. The room was confortable.

The view was amazing, the bed was comfy, the restaurant inside the hotel had the best vegetarian burger we ever had, and I love love loved the selection of bread at breakfast.

The room smelled a bit like fresh mushroom soup, but it didn't bother us.

Great breakfast spread, warm rooms and a friendly owner. Unfortunately there is a difference between the rooms, not sure if they are in the process of renovating or I was upgraded and didn't realize. The new beds are wonderful, with a thick duvet and good pillows. Our kids commented that their bed wasn't nearly as comfortable. It is a great location to the Sports center in RIF and has a couple of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Hard to find parking very busy

Large appartment, nice view, comfortable beds, nice balcony for a morning coffee. Good breakfast included in price and the place has a great restaurant if you want to have dinner. No need to look around for good restaurants, it is just below your room :)

No kitchen supplies in the appartment. I couldn't make myself a coffee and there were no glasses for drinking juice or whatever I brought with me.
