Great condo on the beach. Everything you need and very clean!

Loved all sunshine, walks on the beach, and so many area attractions to enjoy. Thank you for our stay.

Great experience in this condo, had everything we needed for bedding, cooking full meals, even beach toys for the kids were available. Very clean and welcoming unit. Highly recommend, had a great time.

We loved our vacation. They have pretty much everything you need. Just bring your food. Lots of extra towels and blankets, big rooms and closet space. Parking directly in front of star entry. One set of stairs up to the front door.

Loved this place from the interaction with the owner to all the essentials needed to feel at home while away from home. I give it a Perfect Solid 10!!!!

My wife and 1 year old and I spent the week here. Honestly overall I was satisfied. I do believe it is priced accordingly. After doing much research you can definitely spend more in “newly gutted” condos that are completely fresh. We were on a budget and I felt after seeing it that it was a good deal. The kitchen and bathroom was renovated, the tv sizes and the tv stand in the living room was the only thing that bugged me, but hey, how much time are you really spending inside!? Terrence was super quick to respond and assisted with anything I had to ask. We didn’t have any problems. I left this week wanting to look into investing in a condo and renting it out down there so I’d say it was a good week. We would definitely come back and stay in the same condo if it worked out that way.

We spent the 4th of July week on Crescent Beach! The condo is absolutely perfect, easy access to the pools and the beach, but very private and not crowded. Completely equipped with everything we needed, only a short drive to some great restaurants. Highly recommend this unit!

This condo worked well for us. We liked that it was an end unit close to the pool.

We were disappointed in the size of the TV in the living room. Owners should invest in at minimum a 51" TV on a real stand that doesn't block the view of the screen. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on and there was nowhere else to sit an watch the TV. Recommend that they get rid of the barstools that take up too much room. The TV on the dresser in the master bedroom takes up too much space and is just tacky. Again, invest in a real TV stand for that room. There was little room in the upstairs bedroom for toiletries which is an issue when three women are using the bathroom to get ready. The sliding glass door does not lock.

Older building but in great shape. Easy trip to beach. Lots of local resturants near by. Highly recommended!

Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay during our trip to Florida. Terrence, our host, was very responsive to all our questions. The condo is in a beautiful beachside location with the beach accessible by a short walk over the boardwalk The unit is well stocked, immaculate and comfortable. Wonderful decor. We weren't able to enjoy the patio our the great pool area because of the cool Florida winter spell while there. Can't wait to come back

We had an amazing vacation! I will definitely stay at this condo again. The owner was wonderful to work with. Excellent communication. The condo was exceptionally clean and I’m OCD when it comes to cleanliness. The beds we so comfy! Loved that beach chairs, toys, and linens are provided. Saved from lugging all of that around. The only con was that the walkway to the beach from that particular building was closed for repairs so we had to use one of the other walk ways. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Looking forward to our next vacation!

Cute condo. There were a few issues with the shower and freezer not working properly, but over all it was clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay in this wonderful little condo! Having the pool right outside the unit and the beach 10 steps from the pool was amazing with 2 8 year olds in tow. This unit is in a very quiet complex and away from the busyness of all the tourist areas but still only a short quick drive to all of the historic sights, stores and eateries. The unit had everything you could imagine to have a comfortable stay from a well stocked kitchen, fully stocked bathrooms to extra beach towels and even fun beach assecories for you to use. The state park and mini fort are a 5 min drive from the unit and was great to do some shelling. We can not wait to come back next year!

It was by far the nicest place my sons & I have ever stayed. The price was great, we had everything we needed there! They even had beach umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels for the stay! I loved having a code on the door, so you didn’t have to worry about the hassle of taking a “card” or “key” with you to the beach. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The. Alcott was probably my favorite space, it was quiet and no one bothered anyone! Perfect location, far enough away from the city bustle, but close enough to run to the store if you needed to. We will definitely be back!!!

Owner is extremely nice and easy to work with. Condo is furnished beautifully and gives off a beachy feel.

We had a great vacation. If you are big into seeing the beach from your balcony you may be disappointed. This was absolutely perfect for us though since there was easy access to the beach and we spent most of our time at the beach

Property was an ok deal for the rate. It does need to be updated inside. There is no ocean or beach view. Property owner was very quick to respond to questions.

We were extremely pleased with everything about the property. We will definitely be back!

Just what we were looking for to have a covid friendly Christmas

This property is in the perfect location! It is a very quiet beach with easy access to all local attractions. Communication with the owner went smoothly and was very easy. We will definitely be back for a future stay.

This was our second stay at this unit. The condo is well equipped as far as kitchen equipment and utensils and linens. The pullout couch was adequate for our 2 kids (10 and 11 yrs old) to share. The Four Winds condominium pool and grounds are clean and well kept. The beaches were great as always (clean and not crowded). The ocean view on the top floor (master bedroom) is impeded by palm trees. Overall it’s a great condo for the price.

Very nice stay. We were comfortable with 2 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful grounds and beach. Terence is a good communicator and we would recommend his property.
