The property was clean and well maintained inside and out. The owner seemed to have paid keen attention to detail when setting up the facility. It was like home away from home. The owner was extremely communicative and made every effort to ensure our comfort. I would book this property again and recommend it to others.
The security at main entrance to the property was not very efficient.

Host was reachable. Location was very centralized. Area felt safe and quiet. Home has all the necessity that are needed.
Security guards at the gates were rude and not professional. Everytime I needed someone to come through the gate I had to call the host for her to call the gate. I wasn't able to give any authorization which was very inconvenient especially when I have friend coming visit me during my stay.

I loved everything about Villa Sophia. It is the place to be when you are on vacation. It felt like a second home because of how cozy and comfortable you'll be the moment you step through the door. Although it was a short vacation, it was worthwhile!! We loved the pool. Customer service is 100% satisfactory. We loved communicating with the housekeeper, Lesrene. She made us feel welcomed and excited. The location is perfect because other attractions are nearby. We will definitely be back for another short yet fun stay at Villa Sophia and explore more!!
