The property is cozy and has everything we needed.

The fact we didn’t get the info to book in properly and it’s slightly cold at night inside. Putting the heating on would have been helpful on the cold nights. And spare batteries for the tv 😀

Amazing location, near the sea and on a lovely site with a pool and children’s entertainment. Layout of caravan was great as it had two bathrooms

Remote for the tele in the small room was missing which was a shame or the children to use

Caravan in ideal spot for accessing beach, walks , ice cream, pub and fish and chips by foot. 40 min walk to Hunstanton along beach. By car so convenient to visit other hot- spots. Site was quiet and lots of ducks and ducklings around. Dog friendly. Shop had items for convenience. Caravan had all the basics. Bed was comfy. Caravan was warm. Cleaners were friendly and helpful. We had great weather and really enjoyed 3 nights in Heacham.

WiFi was non existent and couldn't be purchased from site as described when booking. Owner advised she would get this rectified on the website. Signal is poor in the area and location of caravan at back of site impacts upon this. Had to buy more washing up liquid as only left with a dribble and no bin bags. Front door needs a hook to keep it open to prevent it banging and other doors inside from banging shut if windy. Shower was temperamental.

All good, on arrival, was pleased with Caravan, size, and general appearance, and cleanliness. As a previous owner of a holiday let, I know only too well ,the difficulties of keeping everything up to scratch. It can be that a guest ,or guests, don't give enough feedback to make the owner, or letting agent ,aware of any problems. In my experience, its the little things, that can make a big difference. Be it a budget rental, or top of the range, these little things make the difference.

I don't like the phrase didn't like, but, a few things to be addressed, to make the guests have a better experience, and want to return for future bookings. Both washbasins, the plug does not pop up as it should to empty the water. Front door needs a bracket to hold the door open, especially on windy days. I was told WI-FI was free, i found that i had to pay to get connected, not that expensive, but not the point. This is only a suggestion, a dvd player, is always a nice touch, especially on them rainy days, with a few dvds to watch.

Beds could feel every spring on the single bed in left bedroom . Not very clean dusty in places . Out of 8 lights only 2 worked and 1 of them was dodgy.

Large living space. Very usable kitchen. Two toilets. Big shower. Comfortable beds. Very efficient gas central heating. Location of site great for beach. Good on-site facilities (well stocked shop in particular). Alison & Mark were very helpful.

The caravan location on the site was a bit too close to the clubhouse which was rather noisy late into Saturday night.

The lock box process was fine and easy. The location also was fine for our needs.

The whole van smelled badly of dogs; whilst I appreciate that the unit was available to pet owners, we weren't expecting to be assailed with the smell of animals throughout our stay. On this experience, I'd be inclined to recommend ONLY for those who have pets.
