Accommodation only so no breakfast . Location very good quiet and comfortable.

Apartment is very big, has a lot of space for family or group of friends. Everything perfectly clean, all facilities very new. Has a small balcony, all necessities in the kitchen, WiFi worked great. Great location - very close to bus station (arriving with the bus from the airport) and also just a few minutes from the airport bus stop to go back to the airport. Neighbors can be a bit loud during the day, but in the night everything is super quiet. Also appreciated that the apartment can be locked with the key from the inside (which seems to be not always the case with Alicante apartments) - this definitely gave a better sense of security.

I guess the only disadvantage here is that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. So it's a bit of an exercise leaving and coming back (especially if you have heavy bags). But the quality of the apartment is definitely worth it.

As every other common about this property its the neighbours that let it down. If you want peace and quiet the don't book here. They are so annoying and inconsiderate too their surroundings. Shower leaks and floods bathroom of used on full power

The location is surrounded by different cafes and shops to buy food or have breakfast

The location was perfect for me. Very central. Easy to get to the airport by bus. 10-minute walk to the beach and Nikita was a great host. The air conditioners were perfect for summertime and a great way to relax after a day on the beach.

Flat is nice and we had free parking on the streets as we rented a car. Decent walk to center, AC that works great and is a must and big rooms make it a great flat.

The flat is a building full of locals that are very loud. 1st night by 2AM had to knock at the neighbours door and I did a big scandal as one lady was talking ridiculously loud. It worth it! Every night the neighbours were afraid of me and were a lot more carefull. Without this incident it would be impossible to sleep. Shower waste a bit too slow but everything else was great!

The cleanliness of the apartment and the standard of bed linen etc.
